Noah Cyrus Scores Record Contract: Is She Following In Miley’s Shoes?
Noah Cyrus has reportedly landed a huge record contract. The 16-year-old sister of Miley Cyrus landed not one, but two record contracts, according to new reports.
To some, it would appear that Noah Cyrus is looking to follow in her famous older sister’s footsteps. Cyrus just scored two recording contracts worth a total of $350,000, according to a Sunday, Sept. 11 report via TMZ. The gossip outlet claims that it already seen both of Cyrus’s contracts, one of which is worth $100,000 and is for writing her upcoming album. The second one is for $250,000 and is for recording her album.
If her first album produces a hit single, then Noah Cyrus will make $1.5 million for her second album. No wonder why Noah wants to follow in the footsteps of Billy Ray, Miley, and Trace Cyrus.

According to the Daily Mail, Cyrus started her acting career at the young age of three. She played the role of Gracie Hebert for six episodes of the television show Doc. She then went on to play small roles in six episodes of the Disney Channel series, Hannah Montana, which shot Miley Cyrus to fame. Then, in Hannah Montana: The Movie (2009), Noah was a backup dancer for her sister.
She has acted since then. Noah starred in the film Mostly Ghostly, which was straight-to-DVD release. Then, she starred in the animated movie Ponyo, where she was the voice of the title character. Noah has also appeared on the television series Take 2.

In the interview, Noah explained that her famous father has been a source of inspiration for her music career. She then revealed that she’s already in the process of writing her songs. Not only does she want to pen her own music, but she wants to write for other artists, too.
“My dad always had me sing alongside him while he played guitar. He taught me how to harmonize an old song of his, ‘Missing You.’ Writing is the best way to get your mind clear. It’s also a great way to explain your past or what you hope for the future.”
Noah has not explained the exact details of her new music or what it will sound like. She has been keeping quiet on what sound she’s experimenting with. Noah’s photo shoot for Paper Magazine looks like something out of a fashion shoot, as it shows the teen wearing a denim-on-denim look with her brunette hair styled wet and wavy.

Noah also revealed that when she isn’t writing or recording music, she likes to spend her time riding horses or playing her piano. Last year, Noah Cyrus made headlines and turned heads when she looked nearly unrecognizable at last year’s Video Music Awards. Noah showed up to the white carpet to support her sister, Miley, who was hosting the awards ceremony for the first time ever. At the event, Noah wore a white shirt dress with black knee-high stockings and funky platform sneakers with cotton balls inside the platforms.

Underneath Noah’s dress looked like a black lace jumper that featured a plunging neckline, reports Life & Style. She topped off her crazy look with top knot buns, matte lipstick, contoured makeup, and a black leather clutch. Alongside Noah was Miley’s parents, Tish and Billy Ray, as well her brother, Braison, and her sister, Brandi.
