Hayden Panettiere is making baby steps towards healthy. She is doing the right thing in prioritizing her health. However, she may not be there for her family, who is also going through a lot. Her baby girl, Kaya, has not been seen with her in a while and her husband, Wladimir Klitschko, is trying to pin down Tyson Fury for the title fight.
Nashville actress has been spending much of her time in New York, making sure that she is getting healthier for her baby and husband.
“The 26-year-old mother of one was spotted out in New York City on Wednesday looking chic as she strolled through the city in jeans, a t-shirt, and floral kimono,” reports People Magazine . “Panettiere was accompanied by her father as the pair enjoyed an outing.”

“She is trying to take care of herself. She wanted to get herself healthy again,” the insider said. “The postpartum has been really scary for everybody, but she’s taking care of it. She’s taking care of herself.”
But it is odd that she keeps on getting sighted without her baby girl or Wladimir Klitschko , which only exacerbates rumors that her family is on the rocks.
After being spotted “sitting on a stoop, smoking a cigarette and reading the book Underboss: Sammy The Bull Gravano’s Story of Life in the Mafia […] not wearing her engagement ring,” according to Us Weekly , Hayden Panettiere quickly posted on Twitter that her family is together. She also posted a picture that tried to confirm the happy family act.

But because of her condition, it is likely that she can’t be there for Wladimir Klitschko as he is going through a tough time in his career. Tyson Fury, who is long due for a fight, has been avoiding the Ukrainian boxer .
“Unfortunately, Team Fury is trying to change the terms of already signed contract multiple times and is going on endless,” Klitschko said according to TMZ . “To protect my own rights, and eventually see the rematch, I’m forced to go to court.”
He has been battling this issue with Tyson Fury for the longest time . While it may be a strategy employed by his rival to be best prepared for the fight, it may be in Wladimir’s best interest to be patient.
The Nashville actress is doing the best she can, checking herself into rehabs and meditating in hopes of achieving inner peace. In fact, she posted a picture of the mantra tacked outside of her studio.

Looks like Hayden Panettiere’s approach to meditation is quite aggressive!
She has been lauded for making her postpartum depression public , trying to work against the social taboo against new mothers.
“I was always so terrified that people weren’t going to accept me,” the 26-year-old actress said in the interview with Yahoo! Style . “I finally just went, I’m tired of living afraid. I’m tired of living in fear of what people are going to think, so, you know, I’m just going to put it all out there on the table and I’m not going to worry about the judgment.”
In her depiction of motherhood on Twitter, she is also very frank about it, posting pictures of her baby crying.

Many Hollywood celebrities choose to only show their children when they are being cute and behaving well so this a risky move on Hayden’s part!
“The postpartum depression I have been experiencing has impacted every aspect of my life,” she once wrote on Twitter. “Rather than stay stuck due to unhealthy coping mechanisms I have chosen to take time to reflect holistically on my health and life. Wish me luck!”
