Taylor Swift and her new boyfriend Tom Hiddleston are still yet to respond to the drama surrounding Kanye West’s music video for the track “Famous,” but that doesn’t mean the two are blissfully unaware of West’s latest controversy.
According to reports, Taylor and Tom have allegedly both seen the music video , which features a Swift doppelgänger lying naked in bed next to Kanye, his wife Kim Kardashian, and a slew of other celebrities, but Hiddleston is supposedly doing all he can to keep Swift’s mind away from the drama.
A new report by Hollywood Life is claiming that Tom was understandably angry with Kanye when he saw the video, admitting that Hiddleston “is probably more upset than Taylor if that’s possible,” but has been doing all he can to keep Swift’s mind on other things since the video hit the headlines on June 24.
The site claimed that Taylor’s latest whirlwind vacation with her new man, which has so far seen the two getting cozy in Rhode Island, Nashville, Suffolk, and Rome, is actually Tom’s way of helping Swift to keep her mind off the drama.
“Tom has been wonderful during all this [“Famous” drama],” an insider told the site of how Hiddleston has helped Swift over the past few days since the “Famous” video dropped, with the two even meeting each other’s parents amid the Kanye controversy according to The Daily Mail .
“Taylor Swift was concerned about Kanye’s video the past week, but he’s really kept her mind off of it and had her focus on happy things. Tom’s really been her shoulder to lean on, showering her with positivity and kind words,” the Hiddleston insider continued. “He’s been her knight in shining armor lifting her spirits.”
The insider then went on to admit that Tom supposedly “thinks Kanye is classless” for the way he’s been treating Swift, though Hiddleston has so far stayed noticeably tight-lipped about the video.
But despite the latest drama between Kanye West and Taylor Swift, it sounds like Tom isn’t shying awayfrom the intense media spotlight that’s surrounding his latest relationship.
According to a new report by Hollywood Life , while Hiddleston may not be used to such an intense spotlight shining on his private life, the actor reportedly isn’t too bothered by the attention that comes with dating Swift and even thinks that any unwanted paparazzi attention is “worth it.”
“He knew their relationship would be in the public eye, but didn’t realize just how much,” an insider close to the new couple revealed this week of his and Taylor’s new romance, which began mere weeks after Swift split from her boyfriend of 15-months, Calvin Harris.
“This doesn’t bother him one bit. To him, Taylor’s worth it,” the source added.
But it sounds like the Kanye drama isn’t quite over yet, as the latest rumours claiming that Hiddeston is trying to keep Swift’s mind on other things come amid reports speculating that while Taylor is focused on her new romance, she’s also allegedly been strategizing with her teamon how she can hit back at West for using her likeness in such a controversial way.
“[Taylor’s] strategizing with her team as to what her next move should be,” a source claimed to the site of Taylor’s next step. “She’s weighing all her options and will then respond accordingly.”
And it sounds like Taylor is ready for a serious rebuttal, as the inside admitted that Swift thinks West’s latest slam is so hurtful that a “Bad Blood”-esque diss song won’t quite cover it.
“Just writing a song dissing him isn’t enough payback for something like this,” the source claimed.
