Tori Spelling And Dean McDermott Under Fire For Latest Instagram Photo Of Kids

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are under fire for the latest Instagram photo of their kids. The pair posted an image of their children wearing bright-colored makeup.

In Touch Weekly reports that a recent image on Spelling’s Instagram account is firing up critics once again. The photos shows her four kids — Liam, 9, Stella, 8, Hattie, 4, and Finn, 3 — wearing outrageously bright lipstick and eye makeup while posing with their mother.

The caption reads: “Our #sundayfunday turned into #fairyfamilytime #AVeryFairyPoolParty #partyofsix #Fairies&Elves #mintfreckles makeup by Mama, wardrobe by Stella, wand by Hattie and photo by Dad #funfamily #diyfamily #whatittakestokeep4kidsoccupied.”

Last fall, the reality star was criticized in a similar way for bleaching her children’s hair and allowing the girls to wear makeup for their modeling debut.

However, in reading through the comments on the latest Instagram photo, many wrote nice things to Tori, calling her a “the best mom,” she’s “just awesome,” and “an inspiration.”

The makeup that Spelling’s kids had on was obviously in fun and not serious application for all-day wear. Most can see that a playful theme was captured and that everyone probably washed the paint off later on.

Tori Spelling has been battling baby rumors in the press. She recently told the Insider with Yahoo that she’s not pregnant and that the tabloids like to recycle the rumor every couple of months.

In the meantime, Spelling is in the Lifetime movie, Mother May I Sleep with Danger?.

Tori and McDermott recently celebrated their tenth anniversary in May. The pair got matching tattoos to celebrate their love for each other.

“It was amazing. We were in Paris with the whole family, and on our anniversary, May 7, we went and got tattoos,” McDermott told E! News.

The French phrase, “My whole heart. My whole life,” was tattooed on each of their upper arms.

In April, McDermott proposed again to his wife during a family vacation in Paris. He presented Spelling with another engagement ring in front of their children on the terrace of Cafe de L’Homme near the Eiffel Tower.

Tori Spelling gave an in-depth interview to E! News in March about why she forgave Dean McDermott for his cheating behaviors. She emphasized that women shouldn’t judge other women for staying in a marriage that suffered infidelity. The reality star and actress said it empowers women to work through these kinds of problems rather than bailing if you really love your husband.

“I believe that women have the power and it was a choice and people can judge me and say, ‘Well she stayed with him,'” Tori said. “But I think it’s more powerful to make the choice to try to heal the relationship and work on it and work through it if you truly love someone.”

Spelling went on to add that she and McDermott are “rebuilding” their marriage.

“I love him. We have children together,” Tori added. “I want to kind of repair this in a way that we can’t repair so why not start over and rebuild it and that’s what we did.”

Tori also hits back at reports that claim she and McDermott are struggling financially. She spoke with People magazine about tabloids taking her words too far when she said celebrities have their financial struggles as well. She said in an effort to be “relatable,” reports made it seem that her move from Calabasas to Encino, California earlier this year signaled hard times.

Tori said there wasn’t anything to the move other than the owner of the Calabasas home wanted to sell the home and the family “simply moved to a new house.”
