Beyoncé, Jay Z Leaving Los Angeles To Save Marriage After ‘Formation Tour’: Divorce On Hold?

Beyoncé and Jay Z are leaving Los Angeles, claiming that the move to California has nothing but hurt their marriage even further.

The couple, who made the move out to L.A. just over a year ago, had famously rented out a lavish mansion in Bel-Air, costing the duo a whopping $150,000 a month, but considering their annual earnings, paying their rent was anything but a hassle for Bey and Jay.

Instead, the singer and her music mogul husband began to realize that living in Los Angeles has actually caused more problems between the two, which would eventually see Beyoncé release her latest studio album Lemonade, supposedly basing all of the songs to what has recently happened in her private life.

There had been rumors regarding Jay Z’s cheating affairs for years, but it wasn’t until Beyoncé released Lemonade that people started to believe the stories. In one song, the mother of one stresses that if her husband “tries this s**t again, you gonna lose your wife,” strongly implying that Jay had stepped out of their marriage — maybe even more than once.

The process that would see Beyoncé record Lemonade happened during her stay out in Los Angeles, so one can assume that everything the singer talks about on her latest studio effort is based on the experiences she’s had while living with her husband in California.

Should that be the case, it makes perfect sense why Beyoncé is now wanting to escape from Los Angeles as quickly as possible, having recently purchased a $2.6 million home out in New Orleans, where the couple plans to relocate later this year.

“She’s had enough!” a source tells Radar Online. “Beyoncé cannot stand living in Los Angeles anymore. The New Orleans purchase is a stepping stone for them. Beyoncé and Jay have said they think that L.A. was toxic to their marriage.”

The “Partition” singer never felt comfortable living in Los Angeles, and supposedly only made the move from New York because she was hoping to make her big comeback in the film industry. Bey was approached with several offers in the past year, but nothing seemed to interest her enough to sign on for a feature-length film.

Besides, the singer is currently traveling the world as part of the Formation Tour, which is already predicted to become her highest-grossing tour of all time. She seems to have realized that music is and always will be her number one priority, and with tickets selling better than ever, she can still make her movie comeback in years to come.

For right now, however, Beyoncé is desperate to get out of Los Angeles and focus on her marriage with Jay Z. The ever-so-private singer, who rarely talks about her personal life, has given fans more than they could’ve asked for with this new album — now it’s time for her to start a new chapter in a new state.

So why would Beyoncé want to live in New Orleans? According to reports, all of Bey’s closest family members stay out there, including mother Tina Knowles and sister Solange, who infamously attacked Jay Z for allegedly flirting with fashion designer Rachel Roy at the Met Gala after-party in 2014.

Is Beyoncé making the right move to ditch Los Angeles for New Orleans all for the sake of saving her marriage?
