Lace Morris No Longer Headed To ‘Bachelor In Paradise,’ Found Love Off-Camera Instead? [Pics]

Filming for Bachelor in Paradise Season 3 begins in early June, shortly after JoJo Fletcher’s season of the Bachelorette gets underway. Although ABC won’t reveal the cast until shortly before the premiere in August, host Chris Harrison confirmed during last month’s Bachelor: Women Tell All that Lace Morris will be heading to Paradise.

However, Lace may no longer need to find love on TV — it appears that she found a guy on her own without the cameras rolling. Fans who follow her on Snapchat or Instagram may have noticed that the 25-year-old Denver resident has a large group of friends and has been getting extra-cozy with one of the guys in that group.

It not known if Lace has already signed a contract with ABC or still has time to make a final decision about becoming part of the cast of ABC’s summer reality show. If she is still planning on joining the show, perhaps this is just a Spring fling, but whoever her mystery guy is, it appears that they are more than just friends.

In January, Lace appeared on ABC’s Bachelor Live show to discuss her short stay on Ben Higgins’ season of the Bachelor. The episode that aired on Week 3 (January 18), showed Lace leaving the show during a cocktail party because she had “a lot of work to do” on herself.

During the live show, host Chris Harrison invited her to join the Bachelor in Paradise cast. Although she didn’t accept the offer right away, she said she would “think about it.” Two months later, Lace appeared on the March 7 Women Tell All and confirmed that she would be heading to Paradise this summer.

Last year, filming for Bachelor in Paradise took place in Mexico and filming lasted about three weeks. According to Reality Steve, the second season started filming June 4 and ended June 24. The location for the new season has not been released by ABC yet, but filming is expected to take place around the same time as last year — the first week of June.

If Lace is just casually dating the guy who keeps popping up in her Instagram pics and Snapchat videos, perhaps a three-week break to make a little extra cash and appear on TV would be something she’d consider.

However, if she has already signed a contract with ABC and is bound by it, she will have to leave her Colorado dating life behind until she either leaves on her own or is eliminated during a Paradise rose ceremony.

Host Chris Harrison tells Buddy TV that he has a “dream cast” list for the third season of Bachelor in Paradise, including twins Haley Ferguson and Emily Ferguson, Amanda Stanton, Olivia Caridi, and Jubilee Sharp.

In addition to Chris’ wish list, many fans are hoping to see Caila Quinn on the show. However, if producers ask her to join the show she may be in the same situation as Lace — dating someone she met off camera.

According to a previous report from the Inquisitr, Caila recently moved from Boston to New York City and revealed on Snapchat that she is already dating in the Big Apple. She hasn’t revealed a photo of her new guy, so it’s possible that Caila is just casually dating until she finds “the one.”

Will Lace join the cast as promised, and will Caila Quinn return to TV for another shot at finding love? Find out who will be part of this summer’s drama-fest when Bachelor in Paradise airs in mid-to-late August on ABC.
