Halle Berry has joined the modern social networking age and she’s making her mark in so doing. The Call actress posted herself bare from the waist up for all to see, as she expresses her feelings of love and respect for the world in which we live. Berry posted the image and her message for Twitter and Instagram users in her first venture into the world of social media.
Halle Berry Bares Her Body In Her Instagram Introduction
Ms. Berry announced she had joined the Facebook-owned social networking site by baring her upper body in her very first picture. For those flocking to the site in the hopes of catching Halle bare breasted, disappointment is sure to follow. While the Extant actress is partially nude, her journey through nature leads Berry away from the camera. She reveals only her long, dark hair and the smooth contours of her arching back, as she strolls among the trees.
“Hi everyone. Welcome! Today is a very exciting day for me… I’m looking forward to sharing our world through images that reflect my emotions and perceptions,” Halle captioned the seductive picture.
It seems Berry has found a new hobby to help her adjust to life as her divorce from husband Olivier Martinez becomes a reality. Halle expresses herself as a lover of photography and of nature, suggesting there will be more pictures coming that showcase those interests. Will she treat followers to more pictures of her own beauty as well? Only time will tell.

Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez Reunite For An Easter Vacation With Their Children
Ms. Berry recently filed for divorce from her husband, Olivier Martinez. Only Halle herself can say exactly why she wants to break off ties with her husband, but it seems Martinez is completely against the proceedings. In fact, it’s been said that should Halle choose to reconcile, Olivier would be eager to pursue that option.
Nevertheless, Berry and Martinez reunited for the Easter holiday, taking their children on a Mexican vacation. While some may take this to mean Berry is reconsidering the divorce, sources close to the couple told People magazine that no one should jump to any wild conclusions. The divorce is still very much on track.
“He loves Halle and his son. He wants to be with Maceo every day,” the source said of Martinez’s feelings about the divorce. “To get a divorce and share custody of Maceo is not a situation that Olivier wants to be in.”
As Halle and Olivier first faced divorce, anger on both sides was still a very big part of the equation, but both parties have since cooled down. Berry and Martinez have come to a point that allows them to be friendly, but, for Halle, that’s as far as it goes. Halle realizes that it’s important for Olivier to continue to be a father to Maceo and she knows he also loves her daughter, Nahla, but the romance is gone for Berry.
“They both came to their senses and are doing what’s best for the kids. They are enjoying spring break in [Mexico],” the source said. “The divorce is still being finalized, and there is no change for now. But there seems there might be a slim chance that they decide to stay married.”
Like many couples who find divorce necessary, Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez are trying to do what’s best for their children, which may, at times, make it seem a reconciliation is in the future. The public and media shouldn’t mistake civility for love in this case, however, because Ms. Berry seems dedicated to pursuing divorce.
