Kanye West Banned From Attending Events? Kim Kardashian Fearful Of Future Outbursts [Report]

Has Kanye West’s wife, Kim Kardashian, put a stop to his public appearances? As divorce rumors swirl, a report has hit the web, claiming the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star banned Kanye West from attending any of the Oscar parties due to his recent behavior.

“Simply put, Kim didn’t want the headache of going to any Oscar parties because she didn’t want [Kanye West] to make any outbursts or to make a scene and be the center of attention,” an insider told Hollywood Life on Mach 1.

In recent weeks, Kanye West has been ranting away on social media, and many believe he could be putting his marriage at risk. As a business person and television personality, Kardashian’s brand is important, and tainting her image could be financially detrimental. That said, Kardashian is said to be supportive of her husband, she just isn’t okay with all the bad press that comes with his off-the-wall actions.

“Ye’s been making headlines for the past weeks for his tweets and feuds and while she’s 100-percent on his side, she didn’t want to be asked any questions about his feuds or worse – she didn’t want anyone to piss off [Kanye West] and set him off,” the source explained. “She didn’t want all the drama that night. She wasn’t in a good mood and she’s still hasn’t gotten her perfect body back. As much as she and Kanye love being the center of attention, she decided to let the other girls have the spotlight that evening.”

Kanye West married Kardashian in May 2014, and ever since, they’ve been taking the world by storm as one of Hollywood’s power couples. They also have two children, daughter North West, born June 2013, and son Saint West, born December 2015.

As fans will recall, Kanye West proposed to Kardashian in an over-the-top stadium event, complete with Kim Kardashian’s friends and family and an entire orchestra. Also in attendance was the Keeping Up With the Kardashians film crew, who captured each moment for the show. While the engagement aired for fans to see, however, their wedding was not. Instead, the couple filmed the moments leading up to the ceremony, and later revealed photos, as well.

On March 1, Radar Online published a report in regard to Kanye West’s recent outbursts, and what his mother-in-law, Kris Jenner, thinks. Earlier this week, Jenner appeared on The Ellen Degeneres Show, where she joked about his heavy Twitter activity.

“There have been days where there should be a no tweeting law and I feel like I will ground him,”Jenner said. “Sometimes I feel like what he’s really trying to say [about being $53 million in debt] is that’s what he’s done to spend on his clothing line over the last 15 or 20 years, but it comes out not exactly the right way and then people get it misconstrued. It’s complicated.”

In one of Kanye West’s most outrageous series of tweets, the rapper called out the brand Puma for trying to split up his family, and claimed that “100 percent” Kylie Jenner would never ever work with the company. He also went on to claim they would be returning the $1 million given to Kylie to represent their brand. Days later, however, Kylie seemingly defied her brother-in-law by making her deal with Puma official.

Kanye West will return to Keeping Up With the Kardashians with wife Kim Kardashian this spring for season 12.
