The 2016 Oscars delivered a lot of great moments, as Hollywood’s best gathered for a night to remember. While the cameras caught most of the action firsthand, plenty more happened behind the scenes. From Leonardo DiCaprio’s precious reunion with Kate Winslet to Chris Rock’s mingling backstage, here is everything you didn’t see on TV.

For starters, Us Magazine is reporting that the 2016 Oscars proved to be DiCaprio’s best to date. Not only did he take home his first Academy Award ever for his part in The Revenant, but he also shared a hug with his Titanic co-star, Kate Winslet.

DiCaprio also shook hands with Common during a commercial break, and laughed it up with Julianne Moore following his award. According to People, the sexual assault survivors who performed alongside Lady Gaga also got a clear look at DiCaprio backstage. Apparently, DiCaprio went over to say hello and gave them high-fives. “I’m ready to die whenever!” one of the girls stated afterwards. “He’s so beautiful!”

Speaking of Gaga, the singer performed an emotional and Oscar-nominated track, “Til It Happens,” at the event. Following her performance, which left Olivia Wilde speechless backstage, Gaga had to change dresses and rush back to her seat in time for the Original Song announcement.

Meanwhile, host Chris Rock didn’t hold back any punches throughout the night. In fact, the comedian was unafraid to address the issue of diversity in the Oscars head on, which both Charlize Theron and Emily Blunt found hilarious. “That’s awesome,” Blunt said backstage during Rock’s opening monologue. “Oh my god!” Theron added as Rock made a joke about Will Smith.

Speaking of Rock, he and Dave Chappelle met up during a break and snapped a photo together. At the same time, Rock took an opportunity to sell Girl Scout goodies at the event. Theron was spotted buying some Girl Scout cookies during the event, which managed to bring in a whopping $65,000 by the end of the night.

In addition to Mad Max winning big at the 2016 Oscars, the night had a few surprising winners. This included Brie Larson, who won her first Oscar in the category of best actress for Room. After winning the award, Larson could barely hold in her enthusiasm backstage.

After accepting her award, Marc Malkin snapped a photo of the actress waiting to get her trophy engraved. In the photo, which was posted to Instagram, Larson held a glass of champagne as she waited patiently for the inscription.

At the same time, Alicia Vikander was also ecstatic as she took home a gold trophy for best supporting actress for The Danish Girl. Backstage, Vikander held her trophy high for photographers and smiled big in her stunning Louis Vuitton dress.

In addition to Rock and Louis C.K., the 2016 Oscars featured a number of comedians. For his part, Kevin Hart made everyone laugh with his brief but hilarious presentation. Behind the scenes, Hart and Olivia Munn were seen chatting it up backstage. Hart and Munn shared a moment looking at some pictures on his phone, which made the actress laugh.

As the ceremony wrapped up, E! Online is reporting that some of the stars stayed back and mingled before calling it a night. While the confetti fell on stage, a few of the night’s biggest winners gathered for a photo together. This included Emmanuel Lubezki, Larson, DiCaprio, and Alejandro González Iñárritu.

Wrapping up the night, DiCaprio and Arnold Milkman, a producer on The Revenant, shared a few moments together which caught the attention of Steven Spielberg and his wife, Kate Capshaw. DiCaprio hung around for a little while with Jennifer Meyer and Tobey Maguire before leaving the Oscars.
