Gwen Stefani & Blake Shelton Take Love To Next Level With Flirty Family Fun & PDA Amid Pregnancy Rumors [Photos]
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton aren’t trying to hide their romance. Whether they’re canoodling at a football game or cuddling at a party, the lovebirds apparently have decided to share their delight in crooning at each other. Showing that they’ve taken their romance to the next level, Blake recently revealed that he’s now integrated with Gwen’s three sons, reported ET.
When Stefani chose to have a birthday party for Apollo, she knew that with Shelton on her side, a cowboy theme would charm even the crankiest little kid. Although the little boy doesn’t actually turn 2 until February 28, Gwen chose Sunday as the day for the big party at her home in Beverly Hills, California. An observer revealed to ET that Stefani and Shelton were adorably close with each other.
And despite the PDA, Shelton and Gwen put the emphasis on family, with celebrity guests and their own mini-mes joining in the fun. The party lasted four hours, with highlights including pony rides, a live band, and a petting zoo that delighted stars such as Jessica Alba and her husband, Cash Warren, and their two daughters, 7-year-old Honor and 4-year-old Haven; Rachel Zoe and her two sons, 4-year-old Skyler and 2-year-old Kaius; and James Corden.
Rachel turned to Instagram to share the cowboy fun.
“Sunday strolling and snacking #brotherlylove #happiness #familytime,” wrote Zoe.
The cowboy party was a hit with all of the guests, revealed the observer.
“Overall, the mood was happy and festive. Everyone had a good time.”
The birthday bash marked the most recent event at which Gwen and Blake have flaunted their relationship. Their Valentine’s Day outing at Clive Davis’ Pre-Grammy Gala and Salute to Industry Icons honoring Irving Azoff at The Beverly Hilton Hotel stole the spotlight, with Stefani perched on Shelton’s lap. Blake looked completely enamored of his girlfriend.
“I think it’s awfully early to be talking about that, don’t you?” queried Shelton.
Despite the negative response from Blake, OK! Magazine reports that Stefani has been spotting apparently trying to cover up her blossoming baby bump.
Gwen reportedly was photographed hiding her midsection twice on February 22, and OK! also reported on rumors that Stefani and Shelton are expecting twins, citing a source about the couple’s reaction.
“[The pregnancy] is a little unexpected,” said that source. “They’re up for the challenge.”
Are the baby bump rumors so true or so false? Gossip Cop reports that Stefani is not pregnant with Shelton’s baby, and that OK! also alleged last month that she was pregnant with twins and that Blake and his girlfriend were planning a “shotgun wedding.”
Instead, what fans can watch for is the PDA parade that’s anticipated when The Voice begins its new season with Gwen on board as the mentor to Team Blake. With Christina Aguilera taking over the coach chair that Stefani filled last season, Gwen will instead parlay her experience on the show by mentoring her boyfriend’s team, reported Us Weekly.
Shelton initially had suggested that his sweetheart stay on the show by becoming an unprecedented fifth coach, revealing how he felt with a heartfelt plea.
“I don’t want Gwen to not be on the show. Why can’t we have a fifth coach?”
Producers apparently could not work out that option, but Shelton will have his wish that Stefani remain on the show granted with her mentor role. Season 10 of The Voice with both Blake and Gwen will premiere February 29 at 8 p.m.
