Jennifer Lopez Flaunts Bare Beauty In Video: Get J Lo’s Diet & Fitness, Including 90-Calorie Breakfast
Jennifer Lopez is flaunting the beauty of her bare face in a new video. And for those who dare to diss Jennifer, beware. It’s her boyfriend Casper Smart’s Instagram that was used to share the exquisite look of Lopez au naturale in the Dubsmash video, reported MSN.
Casper smartly smacked down any potential critics by telling them to relax, because he and Jennifer did the video just for fun.
“Chill everyone… This is for fun & humor,” wrote Smart.
As for the daring decision that Lopez made to skip the makeup, her boyfriend also defended that choice in the video, in which topics range from yoga pants to Starbucks to fast food.
“Wtf do you look like without make up??? Cause she got flawless skin without any!!!” boasted Casper about Jennifer. “#dubsmash #starbucks #chipotle #yogapants #morestarbucks #yasssss #whitegirlsanthem.”
In addition to showing how Lopez looks without makeup, the video is notable for revealing Lopez with her boyfriend snuggling in bed. Smart skipped his shirt, while Jennifer sports a comfy robe and “valley girl” style. But haters gotta hate, and despite the attempt Casper made in taking the offense against potential slams, the video still garnered some negative remarks about Lopez without makeup.
“Crypt keeper,” slammed one critic.
But some fans rushed to defend Jennifer.
“We all wake up like that. She’s real. Everyone has flaws,” pointed one such follower. “She’s just keeping it real.”
As for how Lopez stays in such great shape, she has one key secret.
“Sleep is very important,” shared Jennifer. “I get my seven to eight hours sleep no matter what.”
And that’s not Jennifer’s only secret. Lopez told People that exercise is essential for maintaining her sleek physique.
“It’s no secret that I love dancing, so it doesn’t even feel like exercise to me. I freestyle dance with Tracy Anderson five times a week. We’ll incorporate light weights (3 lbs) for the arms and moves that focus on the butt and thighs and engage the core,” revealed Jennifer.
Lopez believes that mixing it up is also important for a bangin’ body, so she works out with celebrity trainer David Kirsch as well when she’s in the Big Apple. By incorporating variety into her workouts, Jennifer feels that it helps boost the results.
“I also do circuit training with David Kirsch when I’m in New York. We do hour-long circuits at least three times a week. Its full-body training — so planks, pushups, boxing — really everything. It’s all about changing it up and keeping your body guessing,” added J Lo.
As for her skin care regime, Jennifer uses a variety of products. Lopez is a spokeswoman for L’Oréal Paris and is particularly fond of the company’s moisturizers that include SPF, which she uses on a daily basis.
“Glycolic acid [helps]to get that healthy glow and clear skin. I never go to bed without taking my makeup off, [and I use] night creams to keep my skin hydrated,” shared the singer/dancer/actress.
When it comes to diet, water and fresh food keep it simple.
“I think drinking lots of water and fresh foods with lots of fruits and vegetables (I keep [them] with me at all time.) all play into the quality of skin’s appearance,” declared Jennifer.
Lopez kick-starts her day with a 90-calorie breakfast, followed by those veggies, fruits, and protein, reported InStyle.
That breakfast consists of a 90-calorie Body Lab chocolate shake. The Body Lab website includes a testimonial from Jennifer, in which Lopez explains that she endorses and believes in the company’s products because they have a commitment to holistic well-being for women.

For dinner, Lopez goes for protein, such as chicken or pork and quinoa. She’s particularly fond of “Puerto Rican style” proteins. As for why she likes quinoa?
“It feels like rice and beans, which I grew up with,” explained J Lo.
