Heidi Klum is a successful model and a mother of four. Not many women can say that about themselves. While she has been busy shining on many red carpets recently, Daily Mail reports that she took a night off to hang out with her 29-year-old boyfriend , Vito Schnabel, and three of her children. Klum certainly looked relaxed and dressed down for the evening out before she jetted off to Australia.

In fact, Heidi Klum’s daughter, Helene (known as Leni), looked to be more dressed up than Heidi was. This might not be surprising since In Style reports that Klum says her daughter is becoming more and more like her .
“Sometimes I look at my daughter and I think she’s just like me. My stylist is at my house all the time with racks and racks and racks of clothes. A lot of the times she will come in and watch the fitting. Now, she comes with her own dresses because she wants to have them altered. She has this black dress and it went to the knee and she wanted to shorten it.”

But, the model doesn’t want her kids to get the wrong message about themselves. She tells them to love themselves and she tells them to work to please themselves, not others.
“…be happy when you look in the mirror, to not please other people, but yourself. Never do anything that you don’t want to do. Be strong.”
Of course, Heidi Klum is no slouch. She is also no stranger to swimwear, which is why, as In Style reports, she is launching her own swimwear line . Last year, when she launched her lingerie line, Heidi Klum admitted to In Style that she is totally at home with lingerie .
“I’ve been modeling lingerie for so many years, it was my life. I feel right at home doing this.”

She had similar sentiments when it comes to launching her swimwear line. Huffington Post reports that Heidi Klum spoke with Women’s Wear Daily about the new swimwear line , which will be launched in both the Southern and Northern hemispheres. The line will include swimwear and cover-ups. Like lingerie, Heidi Klum knows her swimwear.
“Most of my career has been spent rolling around on beaches around the world, and I still love it, so we’ve been working on this for a while. I’m not a huge fan of strange tan lines. There are so many complicated swim shapes out there but I don’t want 10 straps on my back. The line also has to perform really well. I go to water parks a lot with my kids and you want things that look good but that also hold up when they are wet.”
Just last week she announced the exciting news.

With such a successful career and raising four children of her own, what kind of advice did Heidi Klum get from her own mother? Hollywood Reporter reveals that Klum was told to be able to rely on herself .
“From my mom, it was always like, to not rely on anyone. To not rely on a man to make sure that you can take care of your own life. You know, for me, it was never, like, looking for a rich husband, it was always — I wanted to make sure I could pay my own bills, you know? No matter what it is that I would be doing. So this is probably something that I will make sure that I will pass on to my kids.”
That is some very wise advice and there is no doubt that Heidi Klum can manage just fine on her own.
