Family For Christmas Hallmark Movie Synopsis

Hanna Dunbar is a beautiful investigative journalist who puts all of her energy into her career and life as a single woman. But, the holiday season has Hanna thinking about what life could have been like had she married her college sweetheart, Ben Matthews. After Santa hears her thoughts and Hanna makes her wish, she is magically transported from her life as a hardworking single woman to life as a wife and mother of two beautiful daughters, named Caitlin and Hailie. Hanna also wakes up to another surprise, her handsome husband is none other than Ben Matthews, who she hasn’t seen in a decade. It’s quite an adjustment for Hanna as she learns to juggle all of her motherly duties as well as her romantic relationship with her college ex. Will Hanna relish in her new found life with her husband and children, or will she wake up with desire to step back into her life as a tenacious journalist?

With this dramatic Christmas film, don’t let the colorful background scenes and the beautiful Christmas decor fool you. Family For Christmas is a movie about real life situations that mothers deal with everyday — work-life balance, love and romance, and trying to live up to the expectation of being a good mother. Making hard decisions is a part of life, and sometimes when a person doesn’t make the right decision, they regret it for the rest of their lives. Hallmark’s Family For Christmas also provides a wonderful lesson — think hard about what you want out of life and go for it when you have the chance.
