Demi Lovato: World Series And Jimmy Fallon Performances Dominate TV!
Demi Lovato is batting a thousand on TV! At Saturday’s Game 4 of the World Series, she hit a home run with the national anthem, wowing the crowd and viewers at home. The night before, she made a Halloween appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and blew away the audience with her newest hit song, “Confident.” Looks like Lovato is dominating the TV world!
Demi came out in a very sexy and short velvet black tuxedo-style dress and just owned the stage! Daily Mail said her sky-high stilettos were Tom Ford. Her singing is just getting stronger by the day. Once she sat down with Jimmy Fallon, she seemed genuinely surprised when he pointed out that not everyone got a standing ovation, asking if it normally happened.

Fallon went on to gush over Lovato’s recent performance on NBC’s Saturday Night Live and the audience clearly agreed.
“When you were on Saturday Night Live, it was one of the best performance’s I’ve ever seen. You were unbelievably good on there. You just blew up my TV set.”
Fallon told her that when the song came out this summer, he knew it would be a huge hit. Demi and Jimmy talked about her friends that were backstage, all wearing jackets that say “Confident” on the back. Fallon he showed the audience the “specialized” jacket that Lovato gave him with the words, “Confident BFFFFFFS” on the back! He changed into the jacket while they continued the interview.
Demi Lovato told the crowd that she and singer Nick Jonas have started their own music label, Safehouse Records. In addition, The Inquisitr reported that the longtime friends will be traveling together next year for the “Future Tour.” She told Jimmy about her reasons for doing the tour with Jonas.
“He’s one of my best friends, and we’re business partners, so we thought it was only appropriate that we go on tour together cause we’re both killin’ it.”
Jimmy Fallon asked Lovato to tell the audience what she would be doing while in New York City. She revealed that she would be going to the World Series, where the MLBs New York Mets and Kansas City Royals were playing game four, and singing the national anthem. He reminded her if she “screwed it up” people would hate her! When he asked if she was nervous at all, she agreed on what could happen!
“If I mess up, the whole world’s gonna hate me!”
Well, she certainly didn’t need to worry. Not only did she not mess up, she totally slayed it! Of course, “The Star-Spangled Banner” is notoriously difficult to sing for anyone, just ask Rosanne Barr!
Perez Hilton said that her rendition of the song stole the show and whipped them into a frenzy!
Demi did such a great job that even some celebs commented on her incredible job.
You knocked it out of the park @ddlovato !!!

The Citi Field crowd went wild, cheering and screaming throughout the song. Demi Lovato wore a skin tight red leather skirt and jacket with gold studs and zippers as details. She wore the same Tom Ford heels she’d worn the night before on The Tonight Show (and didn’t even sink in the field). The MLB posted the video of the singer doing the national anthem just minutes after she finished. At the time of publication, it already had almost 91,000 views!
Twitter went crazy praising the “Let It Go” songstress.
