James Harden And Khloe Kardashian Are Still Dating: He ‘Has Been Great With Me’

James Harden and Khloe Kardashian are still together. Although the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star called off her divorce from her estranged husband, Lamar Odom, earlier this month, Kardashian has since set the record straight on her relationship, claiming that she and Odom aren’t back on and applauding her supportive boyfriend, James Harden.

“[James Harden] has been great with me and I’m just allowing everything to unfold,” Kardashian explained to People Magazine, via Hollywood Life, on October 28. “If it’s ever too overwhelming, [for him] then I understand that as well.”

James Harden began dating Khloe Kardashian, the youngest of the Kardashian sisters, over the summer, and the two were later spotted enjoying a 4th of July bash in Los Angeles. One month later, Kardashian threw James Harden an over-the-top birthday celebration on a yacht off the coast of Los Angeles. During the party, James Harden was joined by several members of the Kardashian/Jenner family and their significant others, including Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, Tyga, Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, Kourtney Kardashian, Kris Jenner, and Corey Gamble.

Kardashian’s romance with James Harden began months after she was linked to Rick Fox and French Montana. After splitting from husband Odom in 2013, Kardashian was rumored to be dating rapper The Game, but weeks later, she and Montana went public with their romance. She also reportedly briefly dated basketball star Matt Kemp.

Also during the interview, Kardashian spoke of her decision to pull the plug on her divorce from Odom, which she did earlier this month from the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

“I pulled back on the divorce because there is no rush for it. For medical decisions and a ton of other things, it’s just smarter that it’s put on hold. But that doesn’t mean I’m back with Lamar. It’s not even in our brains to think about us having a relationship.”

That said, Kardashian has remained at Odom’s side since October 13, when Odom was found unconscious at a brothel in Pahrump, Nevada. Since then, Kardashian has left Odom just once to attend the baby shower of her sister, Kim Kardashian. Days prior, Kardashian skipped Kim’s 35th birthday celebration, which was organized by her husband, Kanye West.

One week after Odom’s hospitalization, a source spoke to People Magazine, revealing James Harden has been supportive towards Khloe throughout her husband’s medical crisis.

“[James Harden] is so nice and being as supportive as humanly possible given the situation. Lamar essentially has zero consistent family other than the Kardashians, and James understands that. The last thing he would want to do would be to add more stress to her plate.”

Although Odom has made positive progress in the weeks since his hospitalization, he still has a long way to go when it comes to a full recovery. Currently, as he continues to be watched over by doctors, Odom’s kidneys remain on dialysis, and if they don’t improve, Odom could be left in need of a kidney transplant.

As Kardashian continues to offer her support to Odom, James Harden is focusing on his career in the NBA. For the last several weeks, James Harden has been practicing with his teammates and taking on preseason games in preparation for the upcoming season, which begins tonight.

James Harden and the Houston Rockets take on the Denver Nuggets in the first game of the 2015-2016 season tonight, October 28, at 8 p.m., and Khloe Kardashian and her family return to E! in Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 11 on November 15.
