Reality Star Khloe Kardashian Returns To Instagram After Calling Off Divorce: ‘This Is A Very Delicate And Difficult Time,’ Claims Source
Reality star Khloe Kardashian has surfaced on Instagram for the first time since her husband, Lamar Odom, was hospitalized in Las Vegas. On October 21, the reality star posted the following message to Instagram, wishing her older sister, Kim Kardashian-West, a happy birthday.
“Happy birthday Keeks!! I pray you know how loved and dope you are!!! You continuously amaze me by how you do it all. Thank you for always being there for everyone! Today is about you!!! Enjoy it Mrs West!!! I love you, My bestie, my sister, my rider!”
Following her husband’s hospitalization on Tuesday, October 13, the reality star flew to Las Vegas to be at his side. According to a TMZ report that day, Odom was in pretty bad shape upon arrival to the first facility, where he was intubated, which meant he was unable to breath on his own. Odom was then taken to a second facility, where he was revealed to be in a coma, with several of his vital organs failing. As the report revealed, sources weren’t positive about his prognosis as the reality star and her mother, Kris Jenner, rushed to Sin City, and once they were there things appeared even more bleak with Odom remaining unresponsive for days.
Then, last Friday, Odom woke up from his coma and began communicating with his reality star wife, as well as other members of her family, and his family, including his two children, 17-year-old Destiny Odom and 13-year-old Lamar Odom, Jr. Several days later, Odom was taken via medical helicopter from Las Vegas (the reality star traveled with him) to Los Angeles, where he is currently being treated at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

After Odom and the reality star returned to Los Angeles, they shocked fans with news of the dismissal of their divorce. In December of 2013, after months of rumors regarding Odom’s possible affairs and drug use, Kardashian filed for divorce. However, due to her hope of making amends, she didn’t pursue the documents for several months. In fact, she and Odom didn’t finalize their divorce until just a few months ago, and since a judge never signed his part of the documents, they remained married.
On October 21, TMZ was first to report news of Odom and the reality star calling off their divorce. According to the report, the reality star’s attorney appeared in front of a judge on Wednesday, requesting their divorce be dismissed. In turn, the judge granted their request after Odom signed documents from his hospital bed.
On October 21, a source told Us Weekly, “This is a very delicate and difficult time for both Lamar and Khloe, and the most sensible thing to do at such a time is not make any big moves and put everything on hold. So that’s what she is doing.”
“Khloé thinks this was the right thing to do right now,” a source added to E! News of the reality star’s decision to have her divorce petition thrown out and remain married to her troubled husband.
