‘Real Housewives’ Teresa Giudice Willing To Follow Joe To Italy If Deported

The Real Housewives of Italy might be the new Bravo series if Joe Giudice is deported back to his home country, and Teresa follows him after he serves his three years in the pokey. Regardless, the Real Housewives of New Jersey will never be the same, as no Housewives franchise has ever had this level of drama.

The Inquisitr reported that Joe Giudice has been serving as mom and dad since his wife, Teresa, went into prison in Connecticut. At some points, Giudice seems to have dropped the ball, like when the police were called to their Jersey Shore vacation home when neighbors reported that Giudice was screaming at daughter Gia while he was throwing what was called an “alcohol fueled party.” Police were called, and they left without taking Joe Giudice into custody.

People Magazine confirmed that Teresa Giudice is intending to follow her husband if he is deported. Real Housewives’ Teresa Giudice will be released from prison in December, and then Joe will begin his 41 month sentence. After he is released, he still faces deportation due to the charges he faced.

“But should he have to return to Italy, Teresa and their four daughters would ‘of course’ go with him,” he said.

On the show Real Housewives: Teresa Checks In, the subject of deportation and what might happen came up. When asked if he was sent back to Italy, would the family follow, Giudice said, “of course.” Though Joe Giudice was born in Italy, he thinks of himself as an American.

“I consider myself an American,” Joe said (in fact, his parents and siblings are citizens), and he said he “doesn’t know anything about Italy beyond the culinary aspects.”

Though only Joe Giudice answered the question, fans still don’t have confirmation that after doing her time in prison, and then waiting almost four years until her husband gets out, Teresa will want to uproot her family to Italy, where despite her English malapropisms, she does not speak the language, according to Perez Hilton.

“Teresa and Joe are set to switch places in prison this December when the patriarch will begin his nearly 3.5-year sentence after pleading guilty to fraud.”

But based on how the family is sticking together during this long period of time apart, it is reasonable to think they will continue to stick together.

However, the Daily Mail is reporting that things have not been like the “low rent spa” that the Giudices would like you to think prison is. Teresa Giudice says that after asking daughter Gia to post an update on her Twitter account, prison officials thought she had a phone and did a thorough search of her body, including a strip and cavity search to find a phone, but they didn’t.

“Our room got shaken down. I guess they were looking for a cell phone or something,” she told Joe over the phone in the second part of the episode The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In. ‘They’re so invading, like you have to bend down and cough. Like where are you going to put it? Up there?,’ she was overheard saying.”

Teresa was mostly concerned that Gia would think that she had done something wrong.
