Fredrik Eklund has plenty of things to celebrate these days. Not only is Million Dollar Listing: New York nominated for another Emmy, but he is also celebrating the upcoming arrival of his daughter. Eklund started the parenting journey while filming Million Dollar Listing: New York , and he has revealed that he has found a surrogate.
Earlier this year, Fredrik Eklund’s beloved dog, Mousey, died. It was rather sudden, but his dog had been sick for a couple of days. She wasn’t eating, and Fredrik was rushing around the city of New York to get help. Sadly, Mousey died in his arms. A few months later, Eklund was ready to find a new puppy, and the new dog was miraculously born the day Mousey had left him.
According to a new Instagram post, Fredrik Eklund is now revealing that he is in love with his new puppy. He adores this little dog with one blue eye and one brown. And Fredrik appropriately named the dog Mini Mouse. And this week, he posted a picture of the puppy alongside a message to Santa.
“Dear Santa. I was a good boy this year. I helped others, I worked hard, I made my family happy. All I want for Christmas this year is for Mini Mouse to never grow up. Today I taught her to sit, roll around and chase her own tail. So please keep her this small, cute and innocent forever. I really don’t think I ask you for too much. Okay?” Fredrik Eklund revealed on Instagram this week.
And Eklund has plenty of things to celebrate. His book, The Sell , has done very well around the world. Fans have eagerly been rushing to bookstores to pick up a copy, and the audio book has done very well. And Fredrik Eklund was eager to share the news.
“THIS JUST MADE ME START CRYING!!! NUMBER ONE ON ITUNES AUDIOBOOKS WORLDWIDE. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU,” Fredrik Eklund revealed on Instagram this week after learning that his book was doing great on the sales charts.
These days, Eklund is waiting for his baby girl to arrive. Fredrik always wanted a baby girl named Milla, and his husband, Derek Kaplan, revealed on the show that he was ready to pursue a child. The two have been preparing to become parents, and Fredrik Eklund recently purchased a second home in Miami. One can imagine that they will travel to Miami as a family in a few years.
