The divorce speculations about Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner began heating up when Affleck was spotted on video in Canada not wearing his wedding ring the day before Garner’s birthday, as reported by the Inquisitr . Soon thereafter, the couple announced their plans to divorce — and the name of Ben and Jennifer’s nanny, Christine Ouzounian, began popping up in news reports.
Now, Radar Online has photos of Ouzounian and Affleck from July 17, just days after Jennifer and Ben announced their plans to divorce. In the photos, it appears as if Christine is handing Ben a bottle of champagne, and Affleck smiles widely at the nanny outside of the movie star’s home.

Although Affleck’s team has stated that contrary to online reports, it wasn’t an affair with Ouzounian that broke up his marriage to Garner — rumors of cheating and of 28-year-old Christine being in love with Ben keep resurfacing, along with photos of the duo together without Jennifer in sight.

Christine’s friends told People that the Affleck family’s former nanny is coping fine with her newfound celebrity. They claim that the ex-nanny had trysts with Ben at the Hotel Bel-Air, and that Ouzounian is a “laid-back” person who isn’t over-wowed by celebrity, since she’s used to her role as a nanny for famous folks.
Jennifer was photographed smiling on Sunday in Atlanta on the Miracles from Heaven movie set, where the 43-year-old Garner joined Queen Latifah for filming a scene. Garner and Affleck’s kids have been living in Atlanta with Jennifer, while Ben has also spent time there, as well.

Rumors have run rampant that Christine may have been the one to tip off the press about her meetings with Ben that have ended up with a stream of photo galleries online. Affleck fans wonder if the nanny attempted to force the Gone Girl star’s hand by having their alleged relationship go public. That move, if true, might have backfired for the so-called media-loving Ouzounian, who was rumored to have told friends that Ben broke up with her after news of their cheating scandal went public.
Jennifer, meanwhile, was reportedly livid about the scandalous connection between Ben and their former nanny, and reports are circulating stating that Garner instructed Christine not to speak to the press. The most recent accounts of the cheating scandal state that Ouzounian might be launching a lawsuit against Garner for firing her as a nanny.
