Laura Ingraham Slams Ariana Grande Over Donut-Licking Scandal, Says Star Is ‘Spoiled, Entitled Pop Princess’ [Video]
Fox News’ Laura Ingraham is calling out Ariana Grande over the star’s “I hate America” comment. The talk show host says the star is another example of a “spoiled pop princess” who has gotten rich off the very same people she was caught bashing.
Laura Ingraham sounded off about the Ariana Grande’s “donutgate” scandal during her Thursday appearance on Fox and Friends.
“Another spoiled, entitled pop princess who’s benefited so lucratively from being in this country, being an American and yet, when she doesn’t think anyone’s listening, she hates America. They’re all fat. They’re stupid. They don’t eat organic. They eat stuff like ramen noodles and mac and cheese.”
Ingraham went on to offer Grande a suggestion.
“Well, you know, headline for Ariana Grande… the last time I checked, those poor people who like to buy donuts also bought a lot of your stupid music. So maybe you should return that money to the people who like jelly donuts also like Ariana Grande estupido — estupida. Estupida!”
The Fox News’ guest host then took to Twitter to share her thoughts with Ariana Grande personally.
Another spoiled, entitled ungrateful pop princess like @ArianaGrande trash-talking the Americans who buy her inconsequential music.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, a video surfaced on Tuesday showing Grande licking and spitting on donuts in Wolfee Donuts in Lake Elsinore, California. When a worker brought out a fresh batch of pastries at the star’s request, Ariana Grande can be heard saying, “What the f*** is that? I hate Americans. I hate America.” After being publicly taken to task for her behavior, the star attempted to explain her comments.
“I am EXTREMELY proud to be an American and I’ve always made it clear that I love my country. What I said in a private moment with my friend, who was buying the donuts, was taken out of context and I am sorry for not using more discretion with my choice of words.”
Her written explanation was not good enough, however. As TMZ reports, the singer released a video apology late Thursday saying that she takes responsibility for her poor choice of words and behavior. Ariana Grande says seeing the video was a “rude awakening,” and she is sorry for letting her fans down.
Laura Ingraham is not the only public figure to speak out about Grande’s comments or behavior caught on video. After the video went public, Rob Lowe took to Twitter to express his dismay at the pop star’s “I hate America” comments and apology.
