Maria Sharapova Takes Time Out To Get Her Glam On At The WTA Pre-Wimbledon Party
Maria Sharapova was just one of many female tennis stars that came out to party just days ahead of the 2015 Wimbledon Championships. Glamour took over on Thursday night as the girls attended the WTA Pre-Wimbledon party at the Roof Gardens in Kensington, London. The fun comes first, then they can put on their game face.
The Daily Mail posted photos of not only Sharapova, but also Serena Williams, Eugenie Bouchard, and Ana Ivanovic. These girls certainly know how to get their glam on. This annual event is always a perfect time to relax and have fun before they get their tennis whites on to slam their way as far as they can in this prestigious tournament.
Maria was stunning in a Valentino pale pink mini-dress that showed off her long, slender legs. The embellishments were sparkling and very detailed. Also showing off some leg was world number one Serena Williams, who donned a simple short navy dress. She also let her signature curls flow.
Two other tennis aces, Ana Ivanovic and Eugenie Bouchard, went in a little different direction than Sharapova and Williams. They decided to go with long gowns instead. However, they did show some skin in their backless dresses. Ivanovic wore a gorgeous blue cutout gown complete with a slit up the skirt to show off some leg as well. Bouchard was in all white but was showing off some serious skin as she posed for the cameras.
Speaking of showing off some skin, Polish tennis player Urszula Radwanska went a little further as she wore a black dress that was cut out in more places than just the leg and back area. There was also the hip and waist that were exposed as well. Not only did Sharapova look fabulous, but there were many other well-known tennis players who came out for this event as well.
However, it is now time for some serious business. Maria Sharapova was back out on the grass tennis court practicing her best moves. She will need them to be able to make it into the Wimbledon finals. She took the time to post this on her Twitter.

Canadian Eugenie Bouchard has had some trouble so far this year on the tennis courts. However, she is doing her best to get ready for Wimbledon, as previously revealed by the Inquisitr. Her ranking has dropped and she has been struggling big time. Maybe she will surprise everyone and shine like she did last year at this tournament.
Sharapova seems ready to take on whomever she has to in order to get to the women’s finals at the All England Club. She definitely would love to see a repeat of 11 years ago when she won Wimbledon. Maria told ESPN that she would love to do that again.
“I don’t want to discriminate against the other grand slams and say that I would choose a Wimbledon title over one of the others, but it would be incredible to hold that plate again. I’ve been very fortunate to have won all the grand slams, and if I could win Wimbledon again, it would be a dream for me.”
