Justin Timberlake is celebrating his first Father’s Day as a dad, and he decided to share some of his fun with his fans on Instagram.
Timberlake shared a photo of him holding his and his wife Jessica Biel’s son, Silas Randall, who was born in April. In the photo, Silas is wearing a onesie that says, “I [heart] Dad.”
The caption to Timberlake’s photo read, “”FLEXIN’ on Fathers Day. #HappyFathersDay to ALL of the Dads out there from the newest member of the Daddy Fraternity.”
Timberlake and Biel became parents for the first time in April and kept the sex of their baby a surprise until he was born. Prior to that, they kept the fact that they were pregnant a secret all the way until January. Randall is Timberlake’s middle name , as well as his father’s first name and maternal grandfather’s middle name.
Aside from today’s photo and a photo shared by the couple shortly after his birth, where Silas is wearing a Memphis Grizzlies jersey, Timberlake and Biel have kept him out of the spotlight for the most part.
Timberlake and Biel weren’t the only celebrities to share their Father’s Day fun with fans. People Magazine collected a few of these photos on their website on Sunday.
Among the celebs sharing photos include Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, David Beckham, Gisele Bünchden and Tom Brady, and even Prince William and Prince Harry, who got in on the fun by sharing a throwback photo of them with their father Prince Charles.
Timberlake and Biel wed in Italy in October 2012. They initially met through mutual friends in 2007 after Timberlake broke up with Cameron Diaz. Biel was seen with Timberlake all over the world during his tour in 2007 and formally appeared together in 2008. They dated for four years until a representative for the couple said they decided to mutually end their relationship in 2011. A few months later, they were back together, and Timberlake proposed in January of 2012.
Just Timberlake rose to fame as a member of NSYNC in 1995 and continued to be one of the most popular bands in the world until their “hiatus” in 2002. Timberlake has continued on with a solo career that includes both records and film appearances. Jessica Biel gained popularity as an actress on the hit TV show 7th Heaven , which ran from 1996 to 2007. She has gone on to a film career and appeared in such movies as The Illusionist , New Year’s Eve , and Hitchcock .
