Skrillex and Diplo’s — collectively known as Jack Ü — juggernaut hit, “Where Are Ü Now,” written and performed by Justin Bieber, has soared past 100 million streams and punched into the Top 10 on iTunes.
Even better, the single does so not just because of the huge names involved, but because it is a widely acclaimed banger that simultaneously excites and moves listeners.
That momentum will likely continue with the June 16 release of the track’s remix package , ahead of a highly-anticipated art interactive music video.

The “Where Are Ü Now (with Justin Bieber ) [Remixes] EP” premiered at the Modern Dog Magazine ‘s website. It features remixes from heavyweights Kaskade, Rustie, newcomer Marshmello, and a sublimely chilled cover by Swedish trio, Ember Island.
There will likely be no general consensus on favorites. The Inquisitr’s track-by-track review can be viewed here . The most radical take comes from the female vocal-led Ember Island. Big-room interpretations from the other three will appeal to listeners according to individual tastes.
Jack Ü also released an official Pizzaslime-directed lyric video for the original “Where Are Ü Now,” which is the second single from the Skrillex and Diplo Present Jack Ü album.
Following months of high streaming figures, the song was the fifth most streamed track on Spotify in the U.S., fourth in the U.K., and seventh globally from Monday, June 8 to 14, the Associated Press reports.
As well as reaching the No. 9 slot on U.S. iTunes , “Where Are Ü Now” sits at No. 1 on the dance chart of U.S. iTunes and has risen to No. 16 on Billboard’s Hot 100 singles chart. It holds at No. 4 on the U.K’s Official Top 40 Singles chart , and falls to No. 16 (from #13) on Billboard’s Streaming Songs chart. The song has just slipped from its previously long-held No. 1 on the Dance/Electronic Streaming songs chart to No. 2.

Skrillex, Diplo, and Justin Bieber’s EDM slayer is now certified platinum in Australia and Sweden, gold in Canada, Denmark, and New Zealand, and has gone silver in the U.K.
