Was Stassi Schroeder Fired? Former ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Star Claims Leaving Was Her Decision — Not Bravo’s

Stassi Schroeder is denying having been fired. During a May 21 airing of her podcast, Straight Up With Stassi, the former Vanderpump Rules star addressed the recent rumors, and claims of her co-stars, which allege she’s been axed from the Bravo reality show.

When she first heard the report, Stassi Schroeder said she was amused, and on some level, she saw it coming before it even happened.

“I knew that when I left Vanderpump Rules, this was inevitable. People were going to write things about me, and I wasn’t going to like it, but this just feels a little different.”

According to Stassi Schroeder, she typically doesn’t speak to tabloids, and even when her co-stars say horrible things about her, she tends to stay quiet — at least, that’s what she claims. However, after watching the story snowball, she had a change of heart, and decided to confront the rumor on her podcast.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Peter Madrigal confirmed Stassi Schroeder was not returning to Vanderpump Rules while out in Los Angeles last week.

“Stassi’s not coming back for [Season 4],” Madrigal told TMZ. “She dissed Lisa. She dissed everyone from Bravo. She called Lisa an ‘old woman.’ I don’t know what the f*** her problem is. She can go f*** herself at this point.”

In response to Madrigal’s interview regarding Stassi Sschroeder, Lisa Vanderpump shared the following tweet.

Despite her co-star’s claims, and the swirling reports that claim she’s been fired for her bad behavior towards Vanderpump and the rest of the cast, Stassi Schroeder insists it was her decision to walk away — and she wants fans to know she’s proud of herself for calling it quits.

“The decision to leave the show was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make, and it’s been something that I have deliberated over for two entire years now. I was so proud of myself when I actually came to a point in my life where I felt confident enough, not just as a woman, but as a person, to be able to say that I’m going to walk away from a lot of financial security. I’m going to walk away from fame. I’m going to walk away from opportunities to do other things, all because I don’t want to be in a situation that doesn’t make me happy.”

Stassi Schroeder claimed she was approached to do Season 4 by producers, but she said, “No.”
