Bristol Palin’s Fiance, Dakota Meyer, Has A ‘Secret Wife’ Named Cassandra Wain?
Is Bristol Palin’s fiance already married? It is being reported that Dakota Meyer already has a “secret wife” named Cassandra Wain based upon an official marriage license that was dug up out of the government offices.
In a related report by the Inquisitr, Bristol Palin’s ex-fiance Levi Johnston is apparently upset at the new engagement since it means their custody arrangement for their 6-year-old son Tripp will need to change.
“Bristol agreed to some sort of schedule for separated parents who live far apart, like a couple weeks in the summer, holidays and spring break,” the insider said. “Levi’s upset. She sent him a threatening text and said if he doesn’t agree to a change of schedule, she’d take him to court till she spends her last dime.”
According to RadarOnline, Bristol Palin’s fiance currently has his own problems. The official marriage license documents show that Dakota Meyer, who received the Medal of Honor in 2009 as a U.S. Marine, married Cassandra Wain in Campbellsville, Kentucky on May 20, 2008. This would mean that the Meyer, who is now 26-years-old, would have been just 19 years old when he married then 21-year-old Wain, who was two years his senior.
Unfortunately, it is not clear whether or not Bristol Palin’s fiance is still technically married to another woman. Information about the prior marriage was sealed, and it is impossible to determine the current state of their union.
In response to all the controversy, Cassandra Wain has already taken down her Facebook page. Meyer is also being called out by Raelyn Marie, who is friends with the sister of Cassandra, Erin Foster.
Writing on Facebook, Marie claims that Meyer should be honest about his past relationship.
“We never discredit you as a marine, you were a great soldier. We took you in after you came back from the hospital in Ohio and wanted to be there for you. What I’m not understanding is why this marriage to my best fiend is something you are trying to hide. You guys were young and infatuated with one another. You got married, then realized it was a mistake. No scandal, no abuse, no nothing. It was short lived and we thought you all remained civil. To read the bulls**t of people putting their two cents into this issue they know nothing about is hard to read. Cassie is a small town girl who is beautiful and intelligent and just wants the past in the past. Now she’s suffering from other peoples opinions of her based off your lies Dakota. She doesn’t want the spotlight like you do….she wants to move on and you aren’t letting her. The last time you contacted her was in October of 2014…..leave her alone and let it go. We wish you all the best with your future Dakota. Just be honest.”
The potential trouble brewing with Bristol Palin’s fiance is certainly not going to make for an easy wedding. It is also claimed that young Tripp has been suffering from all the dating relationships.
“Bristol has brought so many different boyfriends around Tripp. And going guy to guy — it’s not healthy for a young boy. He’s six years old now so he’s able to speak about his feelings. He doesn’t like it. Sometimes he’ll say there’s a bad guy at the house or he hates this person. But no one knows who at the time she’s seeing.”
It is also possible Meyer already told his future wife about his past and there really is not any controversy at all. The Palin family has been the target of intense media scrutiny for every action they have taken ever since Sarah Palin ran with John McCain. At the same time, the website PoliticalGate claims “the details of the apparent divorce with Cassandra Wain are so ugly that Dakota Meyer possibly would have not been eligible to receive the Medal of Honor.”
Whether or not there are anything to the rumors about Bristol Palin’s fiance, she probably doesn’t care and just can’t wait for the wedding.
“Truly the luckiest girl in the world, cannot wait to marry this man,” Palin once wrote next to a photo of herself kissing Dakota Meyer.
