When Teresa Giudice was going through her legal troubles while filming The Real Housewives of New Jersey, she asked her family members to not talk about her legal issues in the press. When Gorga brought up something about Teresa’s children struggling, Giudice was furious. Since then, Melissa has been keeping a low profile.
But The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa Gorga has been working on her own business ventures, and she recently launched a jewelry line. And with a new business venture, Melissa has to actually market it and do interviews to promote the products to the world. Given her relationship with her sister-in-law, it is predictable that Melissa will get questions about Teresa.
According to a new Bravo report, Melissa Gorga recently shut down questions about Teresa during an interview with Millionaire Matchmaker star Patti Stanger. The interview was designed for Gorga to talk about her new jewelry line and other current projects, but Stanger knew that her viewers wanted to know about Teresa.
“I really don’t want to discuss Teresa,” Melissa Gorga revealed after being asked about Giudice, but added, “She’s doing well. Everything is great—I wouldn’t say great, but you know what I’m saying. She’s doing as well as she could be.”
Of course, Gorga could be concerned that Giudice would be furious that she discussed Giudice’s situation on a show that was meant to be about jewelry. Melissa may not know everything that is going on with Teresa, as she has admitted that she hasn’t visited her sister-in-law in prison. Teresa is serving 15 months for fraud and other charges.
Even though Melissa Gorga didn’t say much about her sister-in-law in the interview, she has previously spoken about their current situation. Melissa Gorga recently spent some days in Jamaica with her husband to get away from their current situation in New Jersey. That way, Melissa doesn’t have to answer questions about her family members.
“I think it’s not easy being away from the children,” Melissa revealed during a previous interview, saying, “I think that’s the hardest part. There is a limited amount of free time. She’s always on the phone with her mother and her children. I think she’s keeping her visits for her children. She’s going to want every visit to be with her children.”
Even though Melissa has yet to confirm anything about The Real Housewives of New Jersey , the Inquisitr claims that Gorga and Jacqueline Laurita are feuding for the upcoming season. No word on whether Giudice is in the middle of the feud.
