‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ Full Character List Possibly Released
The release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens may be over half a year away, but fans are getting another round of spoilers as what may be a full list of characters in the film has seemingly been leaked.
The character list comes to fans through Making Star Wars, one of the main sources for spoilers and information about the upcoming film. Many of the names on the list are familiar to fans who have spent the past several months examining all that has leaked from The Force Awakens set, and several of the monikers are clearly code names. Some of the peripheral characters’ designations, however, give fans a bit more insight into the various locales that will form the backdrop for the next Star Wars film.

Though lengthy, the list reveals a number of interesting facts to Star Wars fans, including a promotion for the former Princess Leia.

As Collider points out, there are some notable hints evident in the list. While the characters at the “bus stop” are thought to be observed by Rey, it is unclear what impact that scene will have for the character. Several of the other characters will apparently appear in flashbacks, a plot device that has previously been rumored as a way to reintroduce classic Star Wars characters like Darth Vader. A young Luke Skywalker will be present in one of these flashbacks, leading fans to wonder how prominently he will feature in the film. The list also reveals that an “Evil Castle” will be visited by several of the characters, a location that has been rumored to be the site of a shocking plot twist, as the Inquisitr previously reported.
Though the list of characters may change between now and the release of The Force Awakens, Star Wars fans no doubt have much more to debate as they head into Celebration, awaiting the release of the first full trailer and poster.
