Zayn Malik is not ready to let go out of fiancée Perrie Edwards. In fact, the former One Directioner is looking for a new home with her. The Mirror reported that on the same day Zayn announced he was leaving One Direction, he was spotted house hunting with Perrie.
The couple’s relationship has been under a lot of strain since Malik allegedly cheated on Edwards while in Thailand. Fans shared photos of the crooner with a mystery blonde who was revealed to be Lauren Richardson. Malik was accused of cheating for the third or fourth time on his fiancée. Now, Malik and Edwards were photographed looking at a £2 million mansion in Welwyn, Hertfordshire, according to the news source.
Friends close to the couple also said that they’re wanting to get married as soon as this spring . Zayn and Perrie want to get married “sooner rather than later,” according to another report by the Mirror . It sounds like this alleged cheater is more determined than ever to get married to his fiancée. A source close to Zayn said he wants to get married because he’s “scared” of being alone.
“Zayn is going to get married sooner rather than later because he’s scared and lonely. Perrie is his security blanket, and he wants her with him keeping him safe.”
Malik and Edwards started dating in 2012, and then got engaged in August, 2013, according to the news site. He even revealed their recent relationship status in the Friday edition of Britain’s the Sun .
The interviewer asked Malik about Edwards during the interview, which was about his split from One Direction. All he said was, “She’s a good girl.” The interviewer asked for more details about their relationship, or whether or not Edwards was supportive about his decision to leave the boy band, Malik revealed, “Yeah, she’s always been supportive. She’s always good, man.” In fact, Malik didn’t reveal much about their relationship, including whether or not they’re still together.
This was also the same interview where Zayn revealed why he decided to quit One Direction. He said, “I’m feeling quite interesting, but at the same time I’ve never felt more in control in my life. And I feel like I’m doing what’s right, and right by myself and right by the boys, so I feel good.”
Malik insists that there isn’t any bad blood with him and the remaining four guys in One Direction. He did admit that he felt like he let his fans down, but he knew he had to get out of the band. Now, rumors are swirling that Malik left the boy band to work on his solo album with Naughty Boy. He’s been spotted heading to the recording studio by paparazzi throughout the weekend.
