Rosie O’Donnell Accused Of Stealing Eldest Daughter From Her Biological Mother, Comedian ‘Disappointed’ By Claims

Rosie O’Donnell has fought back against claims that she stole her eldest daughter away from her biological mother, insisting that she’s “disappointed” Deanna Micoley has gone public with these allegations.

O’Donnell, who has five children, responded to Micoley’s comments regarding her adoption of Chelsea, through a representative. According to WTVQ, Cindi Berger revealed that O’Donnell has always “encouraged and supported Chelsea’s desire to communicate with her birth mother.”

Berger also admitted that O’Donnell found it “disappointing” that Micoley had made these claims to the National Enquirer, according to NY Daily News.

O’Donnell responded to Deanna Micoley’s remarks after Micoley had told the publication that she had been persuaded by her then-husband to put her daughter up for adoption. Micoley also claimed that she was in no state to do just that because she was high on drugs at the time too.

The 37-year-old launched a blistering attack on O’Donnell, declaring, “I believe Rosie O’Donnell knew that I was in no condition to sign away my parental rights to my daughter. She did the worst thing one woman can do to another woman — take her child.”

Deana added that she only found out where her daughter was last November. Deana Micoley explained that 17-year-old Chelsea reached out and got into contact with Micoley’s father.

“Chelsea told him that she was his granddaughter. He called me and broke the news. It was the moment I’d been waiting and praying for the last 17 years: I had found my precious daughter!”

Deana Micoley also insisted that Rosie O’Donnell has been trying to come between her and Chelsea, before going on to reveal that they had been in contact via Facebook and text messages.

Micoley, during her interview with Enquirer, also showed some of the text messages that she has allegedly received from the 53-year-old. According to Micoley, O’Donnell has insisted in these communications that she doesn’t want to be in the middle of the pair, while she’s also lambasted Micoley for insisting that the adoption was fake.

Micoley continued on her rampage though by proclaiming, “O’Donnell stole my baby, but I don’t want her money. I just want my daughter back!”
