Chelsea Houska Starts New Diet: How Is The ‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Staying Fit?
Chelsea Houska is one Teen Mom 2 star who has come a long way since first appearing on the show. Not only does she no longer pine over her ex, Adam Lind (she has an awesome new boyfriend), but she has a budding career and is doing her best to look and feel her best.
Fans of the show have noticed that Chelsea Houska is looking both happier and healthier these days. There is no doubt she has been focusing on her health and, recently, she revealed she is starting a new diet! Sadly, she won’t be able to indulge in any Valentine’s Day chocolate treats!
The Whole30 diet plan is extensive and not one for people who can’t stick to a plan. The site reveals what is and isn’t allowed when on the diet.

The reason that Chelsea Houska will not be able to indulge in any chocolate over Valentine’s Day is because the diet aims to eliminate the consumption of added sugar. There is no doubt that eating added sugar can have a negative impact on someone’s diet and the sugar in chocolate would definitely be a no-go when on the Whole 30 diet.
Celebrities trying out new diets aren’t anything new. In fact, celebrities have been trying new diets and eating certain ways for years. The Los Angeles Times spoke to Rebecca Harrington, who has been following celebrity diets and writing about them. She has followed diets consumed by Marilyn Monroe, Greta Garbo, and Gwyneth Paltrow, but she says Paltrow’s is the best.
“If you are a millionaire, Gwyneth’s is the best diet of all time. She had salt-baked fish and gluten-free tortillas and fish tacos. Every meal was so good.”
It is unclear what exactly Chelsea Houska will be consuming during her Whole30 diet adventure, but the food will likely be wholesome and healthy. Not only that, but it will help the reality show star get even more healthy, something that she seems to be striving for.
Chelsea Houska is not the first Teen Mom 2 star to focus on her diet and exercise. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Kailyn Lowry has also been working hard to get fit and healthy. Unlike Chelsea, Kailyn doesn’t seem to follow a particular diet that can be found online, but rather eats healthy and works out a lot.
Along with her co-stars, Chelsea Houska will be back for a sixth season of Teen Mom 2, which will air later this year. Fans will have the chance to meet her new boyfriend.
