Travis Barker, Shanna Moakler Arrested For Threatening Each Other

Former spouses Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler were arrested last month for threatening each other.

TMZ claims to have the legal documents confirming that the Blink 182 drummer and the reality star made criminal threats against each other on December 7. The verbal fight was reportedly in reference to a reality show that Travis Barker wanted to do along with the former couple’s two kids.

According to the documents, Travis allegedly threatened Shanna, and then Shanna responded with threats of her own. Travis Barker’ alleged threat referencing shooting Shanna.

“If I could, I’d put a bullet in your head.”

After that threat was issued, Shanna Moakler called the police. When the police officers arrived at their Los Angeles Home, Travis claimed that Shanna threatened to have her boyfriend beat him up. Shanna explained to the cops just how extreme and profane their conversations had become.

According to TMZ, Moakler accused Travis of saying, “F–k you b-tch” to her and referring to her as a “f–king piece of garbage.” Barker allegedly also called the mother of his two kids “a cigarette smoking, coke-snorting b-tch.” Moakler also apparently saved an email in which Travis told her that his “poor kids have a whore for a mom.”

Both Travis and Shanna were handcuffed and arrested for making criminal threats.

Inside sources confirmed to TMZ that no charges will be filed in this case against Travis Barker or Shanna Moakler. However, the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services has been made aware of the situation and is currently investigating it further.

Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler got married in October of 2004. Their wedding was held on the night before Halloween and followed a Nightmare Before Christmas theme based on the popular Tim Burton film. They have two children together — 11-year-old Landon Asher and 9-year-old Alabama Luella.

The once-married couple was featured on a short-lived MTV reality series, Meet the Barkers, about their relationship and overall family from 2005 to 2006. However, Travis Barker filed for divorce from Shanna in August of 2006.

In an interview with People held the same month, Travis did not hold back when it came to discussing his reasons for wanting a divorce from his wife of two years. He admitted that he still had feelings for Shanna at the time and did not like being separated from his children.

“I’m not in the angry phase at all because I’m still absolutely in love with [Shanna]. It feels weird to not wake up to my children every day, to be honest. But I sneak over every morning to see the babies.”

Even though Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler seemed as if they tried to reconcile their marriage, their divorce was eventually finalized.
