Justin Bieber Dishes On Diet And Fitness For Awesome Abs And Calvin Klein Body [Photos]

Chosen as the new image for Calvin Klein, Justin Bieber is winning massive amounts of attention for his six-pack abs and bulked-up body. To achieve that win for the underwear brand, Bieber says that he worked hard to sculpt his body, from diet to exercise, reported Hollywood Life.

So just how did he get that wow-worthy sleek physique? Lots of time in the gym, Justin revealed.

“I work out with my trainer, Patrick Nilsson, five days a week for about 45 minutes each. We do three day splits: back and triceps one day, chest and biceps on day two, shoulder and legs on day three, and abs every other day.”

As for diet, Justin doesn’t worry about signing up for Team Paleo or Team Vegan. Instead, he focuses on nutrition, with an occasional youthful indulgence.

“I’m not on a special diet, but I do try to watch what I eat. I do eat unhealthy sometimes — I am a 20-year-old guy!”

Bieber’s belief that he’s the right guy for Calvin Klein isn’t new, he added. He tested it via social media, and his fans got frantic in their fondness for the image.

“I’ve wanted to be involved with Calvin Klein for a while now,” clarified Justin. “Earlier this year, I put up a picture on Instagram of me in their boxer briefs with the #mycalvins tag, and people went crazy for it and it got their attention.”

Justin’s trainer Patrick is proud of his client, posting a photo to Instagram with a caption containing his kudos.

Nilsson, who owns Orange Gym Rats, also defended Bieber when some claimed that the Calvin Kleins ad had been photoshopped. In an interview with Access Hollywood, Patrick made it clear that Justin’s bulge is real.

“I can definitely confirm that he is a well-endowed guy. I sound weird saying that, but yes.”

Prior to working out with Patrick, Justin hired Dolvett Quince as his personal trainer. However, Quince subsequently joined The Biggest Loser staff, noted Us Weekly.

During his tenure with Bieber, Dolvett created a fitness and diet plan for the singer. When it comes to his diet philosophy about the best approach for weight loss and health, Quince emphasizes the importance of protein and green vegetables, as the Inquisitr reported.

Both Dolvett and his co-trainer Bob Harper advocate Paleo-style low-carb diets.

“Lean protein is key in everything that you do,” says Quince.
