Catelynn Lowell is a mom again.
The Teen Mom star, who gave birth to a daughter, Carly, in 2009 and put the child up for adoption, gave birth on Thursday to her second child, a baby girl.
Lowell went into labor early in the day, and her father later posted a message that she gave birth at 3:15 p.m.
Lowell kept fans up to date on the delivery, tweeting a message on New Year’s Day that the baby was coming soon.

It will be a big year for Catelynn Lowell. On Christmas Day, her longtime boyfriend, Tyler Baltierra, popped the question , and Lowell again took to social media to share the good news with fans.

Catelynn and Tyler were actually engaged once before and were set to marry in July, but Baltierra put the brakes on the plans after appearing on VH1’s Couples Therapy , saying he wasn’t ready to tie the knot.
As Catelynn Lowell was going into labor with baby No. 2, Tyler Baltierra took the opportunity to look back on their first child together .

Catelynn Lowell is not the only Teen Mom star to welcome a baby this year. Her co-star, Maci Bookout, is also pregnant again and expecting later this year.
