Jeremy Renner Divorce: Wife Claims Prenup ‘Based On Fraud’
Actor Jeremy Renner and Sonni Pacheco are reportedly ending their marriage in divorce after only 10 months of being husband and wife.
TMZ reported on Tuesday that Pacheco filed for divorce earlier this month.

According to the filed documents, Pacheco wants to divorce Jeremy Renner due to irreconcilable differences.
When it comes to her list of demands, according to TMZ, Pacheco wants the 43-year-old actor to return her Social Security card, birth certificate and stolen passport.
Pacheco also states that she and her future ex-husband have a prenuptial agreement, but she believes that it should be destroyed. According to the report, Sonni states that their existing prenuptial agreement “was based on fraud.” However, as of right now, no further details have been released in reference to what she meant by “fraud.”
In addition to recovering her allegedly stolen documents, Sonni Pacheco wants Jeremy Renner to pay spousal support and is also requesting physical custody of their daughter, 1-year-old Ava Berlin.

Pacheco also wants the Avengers: Age of Ultron actor to pay for her moving expenses and rent as well as allow her to drive the Range Rover for the time being.
Jeremy Renner worked hard to keep his relationship with Sonni Pacheco away from the public eye as much as possible. He even went as far as getting married to her in secret.
In an interview with Capitol File magazine, the Oscar-nominated actor opened up about the importance of his family’s privacy to him.
“I have tried to protect my family’s privacy, my wife’s privacy. I don’t need her to get hammered with my life. Privacy issues are important because I want her to go about her day without being bothered.”
Renner also stated that he was used to being followed by paparazzi, but he had to draw the line when it came to them following her family.
“It’s annoying being followed when I’m with my family… I’ve been talked about a whole lot, because the less I put out there, the less people know and it makes it interesting, I assume.”
Even though Jeremy did not say very much about his feelings for Sonni Pacheco or their relationship in general, it was made crystal clear how he felt about his daughter.
He stated he used to work exclusively for himself to make sure that he did not end up “old and broke.” However, becoming a father has helped him to change his perspective on things in order to make sure that she remains a top priority and focus for him.
“All these things I still do, but I do it now for the future of my baby, and if it gets in the way of her well-being, then I stop.”
With at least two major blockbuster movies being released next year (Mission Impossible 5 & Avengers), Jeremy Renner will likely have a lot on his plate both professionally and personally in 2015.
