Teen Mom star Leah Calvert has been going through a rough time lately, as she has been battling with her ex-husband over custody of their twin daughters. The two had set a great example of co-parenting, but when their daughter Ali needed some special therapy for her muscular disorder, they started bickering over her treatment. They also couldn’t agree on a wheelchair.
Leah Calvert was accused by Corey Simms of not taking Ali to her appointments, but Leah claims that she has done everything right. She was called an unfit mother by Corey in court. However, it sounds like Calvert has other things going on these days. Just last week, she revealed that her uncle had been diagnosed with cancer. But this morning, Calvert sent out a shocking tweet.
According to a new tweet, Teen Mom star Leah Calvert revealed that someone had died and since she had been campaigning for prayers for her uncle, it is definitely possible that she is talking about him. Leah had been posting encouraging tweets over the weekend and pledged that she would work hard to cure him.

As part of her campaigning, Leah Calvert was asking for donations. But given how much money she is earning from MTV, people were shocked that she would ask people for monetary donations. One person even pointed out that it was rude of her to ask for money, given how recklessly she was spending her own money on the show, according to The Stir .
“I want to say thank you to everyone who is praying for my uncle. It’s appreciated more than any of you will ever know! Also thank you to everyone who has donated towards his medical bills and funeral costs. You don’t have to donate if you don’t want to prayers are more than enough for my family,” Leah reveals, adding, “To everyone who thinks I’m not helping pay I can promise you I’m doing everything I can to help. The money raised will go DIRECTLY to him and his bills.”
Leah Calvert reveals that she wasn’t begging for money, but that she just wanted to do something nice. Given how she behaved in her custody battle, according to The Inquisitr , Calvert may be rubbing people the wrong way. Leah shared an accusing statement about the child support scandal, calling out her ex-husband for his behavior.
