Val Chmerkovskiy and Janel Parrish have been heating up the dance floor on Dancing with the Stars , and apparently they have heated up backstage as well. Despite the fact that Parrish has a boyfriend, she seems to have really great chemistry with Val , and rumors that the two are hooking up haven’t stopped. According to The Epoch Times , Janel’s boyfriend, Payson Lewis, has been nothing but supportive of his girl, even posting photos of her with Val and encouraging fans to vote.
“While the speculation about a romance between Janel and Val continues, Payson has been–on the surface at least–supportive of team ‘Janelskiy.’ He’s posted a number of pictures of Janel and Val dancing. Some of the pictures are relatively suggestive,” reports The Epoch Times .

Val Chmerkovskiy and Janel Parrish seem to have a great relationship — and they look really good together — but that doesn’t always translate into a romance. Most celebrities who go on Dancing with the Stars end up having a great relationship with their dance pro partners, and sometimes things do cross the line between friendship and romance, but there have not been any successful relationships to come out of the show… yet.
As previously reported by The Inquisitr , Val’s brother Maks Chmerkovskiy got very close to his partner last season. Although he and Meryl Davis claim that they aren’t dating, the two certainly bonded, and have remained great friends post-show. Many fans still hold out hope that these two are going to get married — and make babies!
As for Val Chmerkovskiy and Janel Parrish, a relationship between the two is less likely because Janel is attached to someone else. However, the two did share a kiss after one of their dances, and that certainly got people talking. According to Hollywood Life , photos of the two kissing after the September 16 results show hit the internet hard. It definitely looked like the two kissed on the mouth, but it could have just been the camera angle… it could have also just been a friendly kiss… on the mouth. Or something.
“After the ballroom partners danced, we saw them talking backstage. Janel said she wanted better scores, then Val said they’d prove everyone wrong. Then, the two kissed and Janel told Val, ‘I love you!’”
