Mark Wahlberg Leaves Bob Kraft Hanging And It’s Hilarious

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft is feeling the sting today after being snubbed by actor Mark Wahlburg during a hilariously sad attempt at a friendly high five. The only thing that could have made it worse would be if it were broadcast to America live on national television.

But then it was.

Making the rounds on social networks right now is the hilarious video of poor (figuratively speaking) Bob Kraft being left hanging while Mark Wahlberg callously denies him the simple glory of an elevated hand slap. The whole thing could have just been an insignificant moment between the two, as quickly forgotten as it happened, but the moment was captured perfectly by the ill-timed close-up shot of the two in Kraft’s private booth.

Watching the video, it’s clear that Wahlburg was simply caught up in the moment and thought his good buddy Kraft was giving him a congratulatory pat on the shoulder, instead of being left desperately seeking Wahlberg’s attention. However, since the camera cut away right as Mark was about to return the gesture, the world may never know if Bob got what he was searching for.

The video is reminding people of the other viral video showing Patriots quarterback Tom Brady getting snubbed by his entire team.

This was one of many highlights from today’s game. Brady was on point throughout the game, working well with other Patriots Nation favorite, Rob Gronkowski, and even deciding to take matters into his own hand and provide blocking by throwing himself into his opponent’s legs, significantly raising his risk of re-injuring his calf. In the end, New England trumped Oakland 16-9.

Despite what turned out to be a great home opener game for New England, the talk online still focuses entirely on Wahlberg giving Kraft the cold shoulder. So far, there hasn’t been any word from either camp stating any bad blood between the two, despite the various comedic narratives the online community chooses to tell. Surely, Bob Kraft wouldn’t be so peeved with Mark Wahlberg as to permanently blacklist him from attending any more Pats games in the luxury of his private booth, If Marky Mark isn’t seen rubbing elbows with the upper echelons of New England sports, then it was his own undoing.
