WWE: Brock Lesnar Doing Monday Night RAW Part Time Makes Dolph Ziggler Mad [Video]

When it comes to the WWE, Brock Lesnar has become infamous as a part-timer and even with Monday Night RAW his schedule is likely to be the same. Dolph Ziggler admits that the idea of part-timers showing up just for WrestleMania does make him feel somewhat mad, but at the same time he acknowledges it’s what is good for business.

In a related report by The Inquisitr , Vince McMahon has been booking John Cena stronger in order to make the upcoming rematch between Lesnar and Cena at WWE Night Of Champions 2014 not appear like such a done deal.

Dolph Ziggler spoke to CBS Cleveland in the above video and at one point the reporter asks for the wrestler’s thoughts on a WWE Heavyweight Champion not being on Monday Night RAW every week.

“Eight years ago, it would have made me really mad with Rock coming back and guys who come back just for WrestleMania ,” Ziggler said. “It’s a two part story. It makes me so mad that we can’t do a show without those guys. But here’s the business side: we need those guys to get eyes on a show that normally wouldn’t get them. So you can see these up and coming guys so one day down the line in twenty years when I’m doing something else, and they say, ‘Hey, we need you to get on this card so we can highlight these 20 other guys who are up and coming.’ It’s a circle of life and a circle of business. If they weren’t making money, they wouldn’t keep doing it.”

Ziggler is not alone in this type of opinion. Last month, Dave Bautista blasted Brock Lesnar for beating The Undertaker’s streak as a part time WWE superstar, saying, “”It sucked! Honestly, I thought it sucked…Brock Lesnar beating him didn’t seem to work and it really wasn’t good that Brock left the day after. I just don’t see how that made sense at all.” Of course, if you ask Paul Heyman for his opinion, he would just says it’s good that Lesnar is a part-timer or else he’d beat everyone so badly that he’d be left standing alone in the ring.

When Ziggler was asked about who could be the next major competition for Brock Lesnar, he admitted that he’d never seen anything in the WWE before where there’s been such a one-sided beating. He admits that it “makes you want to see who the hell is going to beat this guy. Who can?”

The line is getting pretty long on that score. It’s believed Roman Reigns is being built up for a match at WrestleMania 31 , although Lesnar will have to defend his title at least a couple times along the way. Randy Orton has been saying he deserves a Lesnar match and even Wade Barrett wants Brock’s belt .

Who do you think would be a believable WWE title match for Brock Lesnar in the upcoming PPV events?
