Beyoncé Knowles will reportedly be sending Jay Z divorce papers within days as the couple’s problems have grown to an insurmountable level.
Currently, Beyoncé and Jay Z are in the final leg of their summer “On The Run” tour, one that has been plagued by breakup rumors pretty much the entire time. There has been a string of rumors that Jay Z has been unfaithful, including reports of affairs with Rihanna, Rita Ora, and Mya.
Now new reports claim that Beyoncé Knowles is planning to file for divorce , and could be serving Jay Z with papers as early as this week. She reportedly has a team of lawyers that joined the tour and will hash out some of the details between the couple.
The situation is so bad that tour organizers fear Jay Z and Beyoncé Knowles won’t even be able to complete their obligations .
“This may not make it to San Francisco,” a source told the New York Post ‘s Page Six. “I’m definitely not sure that they’ll make it to Paris.”
The report went on to say that Jay Z is already demanding some stipulations, mainly that Beyoncé Knowles doesn’t do an interview with Barbara Walters or Oprah and spill about their break-up.
The couple also has a legal team on standby to sort through the details of the divorce, the source said.
“There are lawyers that have now joined the tour, and they’re not here just to see them perform. They are here to help hash things out,” the source noted.
Reports from within the “On The Run” tour have shed more light on the marital problems. Ashley Everett, a backup dancer for Beyoncé, said in an interview with Yahoo! Celebrity that the crumbling marriage is coming out in Beyoncé’s music.
“I think after a certain amount of time there’s only so much a person can take, but she’s expressed it through her art and through her music and so I guess that’s her outlet,” Everett said.
That has certainly been the case for Beyoncé. She has changed the lyrics to her song “Resentment” throughout the tour, which many took as a reference to her marriage to Jay Z, and recently used a remix of the song “Flawless” to reference the now infamous fight between Jay Z and her sister Solange.
While the divorce rumors are flying, both Beyoncé Knowles and Jay Z have remained silent on the reports.
