Kourtney Kardashian: Pregnant Again?

First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes the baby carriage! Except in this case, it’s Kourtney Kardashian who’ll be pushing the next baby carriage in the Kardashian crew. On the heels of Kim’s wedding to Kanye West, the Kardashians are back in the news again with a baby on the way.

According to Us Weekly, a source close to the family has confirmed that the 35-year-old mother of two is pregnant with a third child.

She is only a few months along. [Kourtney] wants to have a handful of kids.

It looks like Kourtney and her longtime partner Scott have welcomed the news with joy. It also seems that the two have known for a while and, in fact, the entire family has known for quite some time too. Is it possible that Kourtney didn’t want to steal her sister’s wedding spotlight?

Reportedly, Mason and Penelope, Kourtney and Scott’s other children, will be welcoming a new brother or sister in December. It is unknown at this time whether they’re expecting a boy or a girl, but ‘they just want the baby to be healthy’. Kourtney and Scott have been together for more than seven years and have experienced quite an interesting ride along the way. They’ve also been dodging the question for some time about any plans they may have to get married. With a third child on the way, will they finally take the plunge?

Nobody knows for sure. The couple have been discussing the prospect of marriage for quite some time and some speculate that an engagement could be on the way. Last year there was talk that Scott was considering more of the bigger picture after the death of his mother late in 2013. Reports suggest that this loss caused him to consider the impact that his actions have on his family.

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick’s decision to remain as un-married partners and parents isn’t entirely uncommon, though. Several power couples in the entertainment industry never married: Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, Oprah Winfrey and Stedman Graham, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, are just a few examples of some of these couples. So, why all the pressure on Kourtney to marry? Why not simply accept that she and Scott might be perfectly happy together without being married. Perhaps that is what keeping up with the Kardashians is really about.
