Teen Mom star Amber Portwood lost custody of her baby girl Leah on Friday.
Portwood lost custody because her home was deemed an “unsafe environment” after house and care were recently vandalized. Portwood for her part agreed with the “unsafe” tag and the full custody agreement is only in effect “until further notice.”
Under the new terms of the custody agreement Amber will have visitation rights, although those visitation times have not yet been determined.
It has been stressed that her attacks on her husband and subsequent court cases had nothing to do with the judges decision to provide Shirley with full custody, although it should have.
