Britney Spears Talks About Love As Her New Album Streams On iTunes
Britney Spears certainly has a lot to be thankful for this week.
Not only is her new album Britney Jean now available for streaming iTunes, the singer also revealed that she’s very much in love with boyfriend David Lucado. In other words, everything in her life is quite positive for the time being.
According to ABC News, Britney Spears recently dished on her relationship with Lucado. Although the pair aren’t discussing marriage at the moment, she’s definitely head over heels for the guy.
“I’m in love. I like the fact that [David] is very stubborn and he’s stuck in his ways. He’s just a simple man. I adore him. He’s really funny and he’s really passionate. I love the fact that anything he’s involved in he’s passionate about and it’s contagious,” she told the folks at Entertainment Tonight.
In addition to dropping details about her personal life, Britney Spears opened up about her new album. The singer’s latest collection of pop tunes hits stores next week. If you’re still looking for a stocking stuffer for that special someone, then Spears has you covered.
According to Spears, recording the new album was something akin to therapy. The singer said she underwent a kind of transformation during the process.
“As you write something your perspective changes. I think there are periods in everyone’s life where you get kind of reclusive, your creative outlet is cut off. Then sometimes it flows and you’re like, ‘Oh my God, this is what I need to be doing,’ [which makes] it easier for you to be the artist that you want to be,” Spears said.
Although folks still have a few days before they can purchase an official copy of Britney Jean, fans of the singer can check out the latest batch of songs right now on iTunes. However, Entertainment Weekly points out that the streaming version doesn’t contain any of the proposed bonus tracks. The album drops on December 3.

I love Britney Jean. It’s very cool and urban. It has a really cool vibe. Kinda like a term of endearment.

I Hate the #BritneyJean track listing. Am I the only one that thinks WORKBITCH doesn’t fit anywhere on this album?
