Supertooth Bluetooth Speakerphone Tweets, Updates Facebook…Yawn.

Supertooth wants you to rethink the notion that visor clip-on bluetooth speaker phones should be left in 2008…2005? To make their point the company is pushing out three times more power than a standard clip-on option, while also throwing in some social networking goodness for added appeal.

Using the speakerphone users are able to not only take and make calls, they can update their Facebook status and send Tweets using simple voice commands.

The Supertooth will be available in April for $129 at which time I expect to see a lot of Tweets and Facebook wall posts with messages like this: “sitting in traffic” and “still sitting in traffic” followed by “yup…still in traffic.” I think I’ll stick to listening to music while I drive.
