Apple iPad Commercial Debuts During Oscars

Steve Jobs went for glitz and glamor when debuting the companies first Apple iPad commercial, announcing the new device during last nights Academy Awards show.

The WiFi only version of the iPad will launch on April 3rd 2010, which means we should expect to see plenty of commercials and crazy 24/7 ad campaigns from Apple as we did when the iPod, iPod Touch and iPhone devices released.

It’s a pretty straight forward commercial, but I still fail to see where this thing is “revolutionary” in any sense of the word.
