McGraw-Hill CEO Confirms Official Apple Tablet Release Will Occur Tomorrow

This isn’t exactly breaking news, but it’s still nice to hear from an actual source close to the Apple Tablet that the unit will in fact be officially shown off tomorrow. That’s the confirmation from McGraw-Hill CEO Terry McGraw during an interview on CNBC today.

McGraw said during that interview that his company will in fact be supplying books for the Apple Tablet after it’s officially announced “tomorrow.” He further commented that McGraw-Hill had been working with his company for “quite awhile” towards a partnership.

Furthering speculation he said that the “tablet will be based on the iPhone operating system,” and that books would be “transferable” between Apple devices.

Even with his unofficial announcement and his closeness to the project we’re not taking anything for granted, official word will be available tomorrow and we’ll get all the details up at that point.
