2009 was a pretty eventful year.
The US inaugurated its first black president. Michael Jackson died. (And Billy Mays and Brittany Murphy and Patrick Swayze and DJ AM, too.) Something happened all up in Iran and media outlets across the globe ground to a halt because some kid was playing an extended game of hide and seek. Granted, nobody has a job yet and swine flu could yet kill us all- but hey, the Yankees won the world series! And there was a parade. With balloons and Derek Jeter.
The same parties responsible for the Google Wave/Pulp Fiction mashup have created a rather intriguing recap of the year in the Google Wave collage style, and it’s an interesting retelling of the year’s events:
