Acer Liquid A1 Revealed At FCC With AT&T 3G, Nothing Confirmed At This Point

The Acer Liquid A1 has generated a good amount of interest, now it appears that AT&T may be scooping up the device to add to their arsenal of top-tier smartphones. The mobile was recently spotted at the FCC spotting the 850mhz and 1900mhz bands, options used by the United States wireless carrier.

While AT&T has yet to confirm the device for their network, the 3G frequencies could be a good sign of the devices eventual arrival on their network. It would also signal a smart move for AT&T who have fallen behind their competitors when it comes to adapting the ultra-popular Google Anroid mobile OS.

There’s still no word on pricing or a possible availability date for the device, we’ll keep you updated as more info surfaces.
