This Witness Could Absolutely Kill Hillary Clinton’s Hopes Of Becoming President

As Hillary Clinton is being investigated for use of a private email server, a “devastating witness” has surfaced and is reportedly ready to disclose everything he knows about the controversial email scandal.

Bryan Pagliano, a former Clinton staffer and IT specialist with the State Department, has been granted immunity by the Justice Department and is ready to work with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the investigation of Clinton’s use of an unauthorized email server.

Pagliano has been questioned for his role in setting up Clinton’s email server in 2009 but has invoked his Fifth Amendment right at house committees.

According to sources, the witness told the FBI “a range of details about how her personal email system was set up and maintained.” The source warned that Pagliano could be a potentially “devastating witness.”

So far, there are a total of eight key Clinton aides who could testify on the email fiasco. Judicial Watch previously submitted a discovery plan seeking the testimony of the eight State Department officials.

Judicial Watch plans to include testimony from the following officials.

Stephen D. Mull, Executive Secretary of the State Department from June 2009 to October 2012. Mull allegedly suggested that Clinton be issued a State Department authorized Blackberry, which would conceal her identity and would be subject to FOIA requests.

Patrick F. Kennedy, Undersecretary for Management since 2007. He was the Secretary’s key advisor on management issues.

Lewis A. Lukens, Executive Director of the Executive Secretariat from 2008 to 2011. He allegedly exchanged emails with Cheryl Smith and Patrick Kennedy about setting up a computer for Hillary Clinton to check her clintonemail.com email account.

Cheryl D. Mills, Clinton’s Chief of Staff who served Mrs. Clinton’s for her entire four-year role as Secretary of State.

Huma Abedin, Clinton’s Deputy Chief of Staff and a senior advisor to Clinton throughout her tenure as secretary of state. Abedin allegedly had an email account on clintonemail.com.

Donald R. Reid, Senior Coordinator for Security Infrastructure, Bureau of Diplomatic Security since 2003 and was said to have been involved in early discussions about Clinton’s use of an unauthorized BlackBerry and other devices to conduct official business.

Brian Pagliano, State Department Schedule C employee who set up and maintained the server that hosted the “clintonemail.com” system while Hillary Clinton was still the Secretary of State.

According to the Judicial Watch court documents, “Based on information learned during discovery, the deposition of Mrs. Clinton may be necessary. If (Judicial Watch) believes Mrs. Clinton’s testimony is required, it will request permission from the Court at the appropriate time.”

Pagliano maintained Clinton’s server, but his supervisors were reported to be unaware of his task, one of his former colleagues revealed. Even the existence of the private server was unknown to his immediate supervisors.

The FBI discovered classified information that passed through Clinton’s unauthorized clintonemail.com account.

The emails also revealed that Kennedy supervised the hiring of Pagliano. The State Department alleged that Kennedy and Pagliano had little contact and that Kennedy was not informed of the existence of the server and Pagliano’s part in it.

Susan Swart may also need to give testimony. The former head of the State department’s Bureau of Information Resource Management and chief advisor to the secretary of the department’s IT systems, and her assistant, Charlie Wisecarver, said they were surprised upon learning that a Schedule C employee would be joining the IT team. Schedule C employees help presidential appointees develop policies, and they only report to people appointed by the U.S. president or other senior executive officials.

Pagliano had previously worked on the presidential campaign of Hillary Clinton and was paid to maintain the secret server, her campaign staff revealed. Whether Pagliano knew Clinton used the server for official State business remains to be seen.
