Watch India Vs. Sri Lanka Cricket Live Online: Start Time, Streaming Video For Third Test

Fans can watch the India vs. Sri Lanka cricket match live online and see if the Men in Blue can continue their dominant performance from the last Test.

The teams met last week, with India shrugging off an opening loss to the Sri Lankan team and dominating the second Test.

The teams will now meet again, with the match starting on Friday at 10 a.m. local time (4:30 a.m. GMT) from Colombo. The first two matches have set up what could be a thrilling finale, with the winner taking the Test series.

India has already earned praise even from their opponents for last week’s bounce-back performance. Retired Sri Lanka player Chaminda Vaas has praised India for efforts to rebuild under Virat Kohli. India earned a win over Sri Lanka in the last Test match, taking a more aggressive approach under Kohli than they had under previous captain MS Dhoni.

“It is good that India are playing aggressive cricket. All good sides do, especially when they play with five bowlers. They are rebuilding under Virat Kohli and I like their aggressive brand of cricket,” Vaas told CricBuzz. “Playing five bowlers gives a certain balance to the teams. But that is not always possible. Then different combinations are tried out. There may not be proper all-rounders in there, but all good sides have players who can perform dual roles.”

Fans who watch the India vs. Sri Lanka cricket match live online will get a chance to see if the Men in Blue can replicate their success under Kohli.

As Sharda Ugra of ESPNcricinfo wrote, Kohli has shown a good grasp of managing the game so far.

“The series-levelling victory will continue to give strength to the structure that Kohli wants his team to take, in terms of team composition and the choice of personnel. He has virtually announced that Cheteshwar Pujara will be drafted in as an opener for the third Test, and that the batting order will be shuffled. Kohli’s captaincy is minus any euphemisms about revival or rebuilding. He understands cricket in its simplest language. Runs and wickets, winning over losing.”

As Ugra hinted, Kholi seems pretty confident in going with Pujara.

“Looking at these conditions, the reason behind getting someone like Karun Nair in was, we can have Cheteshwar Pujara open. He is pretty solid, and with the new-ball he has opened in the subcontinent before,” Kohli said (via India Express). “I remember a couple of Tests where he has opened for India. That was the whole idea behind it.”
