Dungeons & Dragons Creator Dies

The last surviving creator of Dungeons & Dragons has died. Dave Arneson passed away after battling cancer, reports indicate.

Arneson and his colleague Gary Gynax released the first edition of Dungeons & Dragons in 1974. The two had met at a Gen Con gaming convention. Gygax died just over one year ago.

Arneson reportedly suffered a stroke in 2002 and has been struggling with health issues ever since. He was 61 years old.
